We moved from out of state and due to unforeseen circumstances, I hadn't been to a dentist in 2 years. I chipped a tooth and needed to find one fast. I picked Riverside because I liked the name. When I was young I lived where there were no amusement parks. I came down to visit my sister in CT. She took me to Riverside Park which is now Six Flags New England. Yaz, the receptionist, was so nice and went out her way to get my insurance verified. They had her jumping through hoops. They'd ask her for one thing, and she'd give it to them, and then they'd ask for something else instead of asking her for everything at the same time. I had an appointment in 45 minutes, not only for my chipped tooth, but I had my teeth cleaned by a lovely Russian woman whose name I've forgotten. I'm so sorry. My tooth will be finished with soon and my teeth are so clean. Dr. Eshak is wonderful. He explains things so well. He doesn't talk to you in medical jargon, but he doesn't talk down to you, either. I feel very lucky to have found him and his staff.

He works on you then goes to another patient which would be fine if he came back in to check on you. Sometimes I have wondered if he was out to lunch. He doesn't if he is hurting you just keeps working. My root canal was placed at an angle so its sticking out in a weird way, and its so big he had to first, and not enough. I also had a crown put in which is like a huge marshmallow in my mouth. My front tooth is now crooked. What a waste of braces. ​
