Some of the balance requirements for my account were too high for my requirements and the bank personnel were quick to find just the right product that suits my needs. They always greet me with a friendly smile (even the armed security guard) and cookies and coffee inside. The interior is friendly without glass cages or long lines. The décor is modern and well done. The security requirements for depositors is secure and safe and functionally easy to deal with. I have 8 checking accounts with 4 different banks. This is not the closest branch to me but is worth driving the extra couple miles to leave with a smile each time. Please keep up the good work DBC.

He continued this conversation as I wanted on the other side of his cubicle. After he finished his call I thought he come help me. Nope. He took a personal call from his daughter and continued the conversation on his speaker cell phone so everyone could hear. I needed to do three things however, you're not allowed to talk to a banker without an appointment, so at no point will I ever be able to talk to Baker at the bank? We were at the bank for a cashiers check and to get cash and it took half an hour. There was this kid who was coughing and touching his mouth and running it all over the counter, the pens, the keypads, so, when I got up to the window, I asked for sanitizing wipe to wipe everything down. Nowadays, they have higher denominations offered, but only for the ATM machines inside the bank. I usually use the ATMs unless I have to go inside the bank for non-ATM transactions. I prefer the former than the latter. But when I do go inside the back, I always have a great experience with the bank tellers and bank service reps. Never an issue with my visits. Security is always there which is good. Bank is clean and cool. Outside is maintained as well. Parking is plenty. Don't have much more to say except keep up the above and beyond service Wells Fargo staff. Thank you for all that you do each and every day for your customers! I appreciate everyone.
