This is one of my favorite car wash locations. The staff is always friendly and full of reccomendations. I typically get the Ultimate Car Wash and that usually gets my car looking amazing. I love that they offer free vacuums, a specific mat cleaner and their cart with interior glass cleaner, tire spreaders and rags always remains stocked. This is a great location if you're looking to get your car cleaned up inside and out. They also have a decent amount of spots which has made the wait especially for those busy car wash days very reasonable. read more

While entering the car wash, the attendant was completely incompetent and gave useless directions, forcing me to back up multiple times just to line up my car. It was clear they didn't know what they were doing, because a senior staff member had to step in and take over. This was embarrassing and a total failure of basic training. You need to train your staff properly before putting them in charge of directing vehicle. read more

I am enrolled in the subscription membership. It's called the ultimate wash subscription membership. It's only $26.99 per month and you can take your car in for as many washes as you want. I was told that I could wash my car five times a day if I wanted to. I am very happy with this car wash service as they have many many locations around the Richmond Metro area. 5/14/21: I rode along with someone who has a membership here. He gets the most expensive wash & he had no complaints about it. He just pulled up & was able to just go through the wash. The staff were there only to direct him into the wash & have him put his vehicle in neutral. The only issue is the low suction power of the vacuums. It takes forever to try to vacuum up crumbs and whatnot from the floor. Even with 3 of us taking turns, it won't get everything up. If they can correct that, this place could get 5 stars from me. read more

I had their wash package and they automatically charged my credit card monthly. I hardly ever used it and when I wanted to use it the lines were all the way out to the street. So I canceled it but it took them forever to stop charging my credit card read more

My car was damaged. I filed a "Damage Report" no response from this location management. I've ask to see The " manager" on two occasions. I am being ignored and disrespected. I am now in line at the Ford dealership spending my time fixing damage to my car that was Caused By FlagStop. I won't be back. read more

Tremendous service and customer care. I already had 3 vehicles in their system. I was ecstatic to just drive up with my fourth and watch Jacen do his thing. He made a few on-the-spot quick entries into their system and I was driving through The Tunnel . Came here today. Decided to try a new place out. This place is very clean. The prices are $5, $10, $15 and you get to free vacuum use. The only thing that you can buy there are things from the vending machine they have. Not a real place to get things to help clean your car if your missing anything. The staff working there were very friendly. The car wash broke my front plate plastic cover, but I didn't care. They were fading yellow anyway so it was like a favor done for me. I asked the staff for a tool and they were happy to help me out. Highly recommendable!!!! read more

I suppose most SUV owners know to secure their back windshield wiper before going through an automatic car wash. And I secured mine before going through this one. I paid $10.00 and went through. When I came out the other end I noticed the entire arm had been ripped off. I brought it to the attention of the two children working there. No problem they said we'll find it for you. And they did. I told them that it broke the arm and it was damaged. Oh well. Nothing we can do. I didn't even get a refund on the wash which didn't really clean my SUV very well. I believe the pressure is set too high and you move through too fast. Why don't people care anymore? I will tell anyone who will listen what a bad place this is. If you care about your vehicle don't use this car wash. read more

My husband took our 2011 Honda Odyssey through the car wash on October 31st. He heard a noise during the wash. He inspected our van when he got home and noticed that a portion of the rear windshield wiper arm had been ripped away. It's my understanding other car washes place a protective cover or tape down rear wiper arms. We went in on the 1st to file an incident report. The attendant on duty was friendly and helpful. The manager happened to arrive from lunch as we were leaving. She was unapologetic, explained a repair reimbursement was unlikely, and said she would get back to us. A week went by with no word from her or anyone from Flagstop. Awesome manager! We used the contact us form on their main website to inform them of the incident. Still no response. The repair was $20 and the wash was $12 ($3 off for Halloween). At this point we would be happy with an, "I'm sorry." We won't be going back and definitely won't be recommending Flagstop to anyone. read more
