And there was a LINE! I live in DC and NOBODY can refer any one to a solid car wash. Where you can clean your car yourself...or have someone else detail it AND have a Drive through. I had to drive 2 hours away to find a solid one! Now grated...I was here bc I had to drive this far to find a decent barber (yes, women use barbers too....)--but I digress. Customer service was PERFECT. A jolly young woman was popping over to each car, asking if you needed help, offering to swipe your card if needed...she was Lovely. Anyway...next time I come, I. The staff is friendly and courteous and puts up with a lot of BS from difficult patrons (I've seen it first hand). If you want to get your car detailed, pony up because it's a hell of a lot more than $35 If you want a great full service wash, I highly recommend flag stop. Further, the monthly plans are a great deal and they really will keep your car looking great. To the staff: I'm sorry people are so difficult to please in your area. You can go an unlimited number of times and you are always given the top tier car wash available. This is great, especially during the pollen season when cars are covered with green haze. This is also beneficial in the winter months when the car is covered in snow or the salt from the road. These options save a lot of time and headache and make sure that your car is always pristine. I really enjoy the staff that works at the Colonial Heights location. Whenever I go, they are always helpful and smiling and able to keep the line moving rather quickly no matter how busy they are. If you ever run out of supplies, they will quickly refill or offer clean towels. Try them out if you're in the area.
