I have stayed here 3x I'm a frequent flyer because I live close by and host events on my property…read moreso I stay here often as it's the closest hotel to me and I enjoy it here. Tonight I was not happy with the costumer service through the manger Amber. I booked the most expensive room here. I'm staying in the king suite room suit 426 . I'm staying here with my kids and husband. The pull out bed is way smaller than I anticipated and my kids did not want to share the bed. My son 13 and my daughter 9 clearly didn't want to share this TINY pull out so my daughter decided to sleep on the little lazy boy side of the couch. I called house keeping for more blankets and sheets for my daughter and 1 more pillow. The housekeeping line was busy so I called the front desk and was told to come get my linens. What's housekeeping for if I'm doing their job? Amber the oh so lovely manger advised they could only accommodate us with one pillow because they are so busy and can't give anymore out. That is where I'm bugged and having an issue. As a frequent guest i am not thrilled with Amber at all. As a hotel there should be plenty of pillows, there is NO REASON Why they should only be giving me one pillow. Other then the Bs from this stay the breakfast here is phenomenal, they have a later then usual check out which my family and I love because we are NOT morning people. The hotel is clean, the staff is ok, the pool area is clean and they alpha r a cool basketball court that most hotels do not have. At the end of the day i would recommend this hotel and I will be back.

This is our third time staying here and it NEVER disappoints. Everything smells and looks clean…read more Pool is fantastic and perfect temp for the summer; refreshing. I love their Socials they have (I don't think this is available everyday). But it's like happy hour and you get wine or beer and a small little snack or bite size appetizer. This time it was mini tacos with ground beef and fixings on the side. The beer was a little too warm but I drank it anyway, cuz umm it's free!!! Then breakfast was at 7am and soooo yummy. They had mini cheese omelettes and sausage patties and potatoes. Plus you can make your own waffles. This is self serve bar so go up and make it exactly how you want it. Coffee, juices and hot tea available too. Love the location to Glen Ivy and walking distance to great restaurants. 11/10 recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

We arrived here at 8ish-pm on a Thursday night, and check-in was quick. The hotel is right by the…read morefreeway as you exit. It's near many restaurants/fast food chains and supermarkets so no worries about having to travel far. Parking lot doesn't look too big but was occupied by many cars already though there were still a few parking spaces available. The lobby is clean and open with a water dispenser with lemon slices. I was hoping to refill my water bottle but there's a sign that says to not do that but rather use the plastic cups to the side if you want water. There are 3 floors but ONLY 1 elevator and it's slow. Faster to walk the stairs though its located on either end of each floor. Imagine the hotel busy and waiting for the elevator. Eeek. The hallway and stairways are clean. Our room with 2 Queen size beds is a decent size though a little narrow eith limited walk space. There is a long bench to put your luggage(s) on or for you to sit on. The back wall where the bench is there are square hooks to hang your purse or clothing items. There is a small dresser part of the desk and a small closet/armoire with somw hangers, iron and an iron board. There are many dimmed lights options within the room. There are switches under the TV, by the bed stand, and 1 by the closetn but I like the table light (3 settings) better to act as night light as its dimmer and doesnt brighten up the room. The bathroom is very spacious. The tub has a grip mat to prevent falling and there are complimentary Dove brand hair care and hand wash & lotion. The water pressure is strong and the hot water is hot! What I like is that there is a bathroom fan that is strong enough to suck away the moist after a shower. It's loud but it does its function. Most hotel rooms don't even have the fan. The bed is good, not great. Not soft but not firm. The pillows though are very fluffy. I like that the linens are clean and pretty white as I did not see any stains. Complimentary breakfast is good though I wish they had bacon on the weekends as they only had it on Friday. The rest of the weekend was turkey or pork sausages instead. There's a variety of hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, cheese egg Omelette, bacon, sausages, biscuit and gravy) options with bread, english muffins, muffins and including a pancake machine. They also have a small fridge with Oikos yogurt (strawberry/ blueberr/vanilla flavors), organic valley milk )regular/chocolate milk), and SILK brand milk with a juice machine. A coffee station is available all day including a basket of fruits (apples/bananas/oranges) on the table for you to grab. The eating area is small though I didn't experience any issues with getting a table during my 4 days/3 nights there. Service at the front desk is good though my interaction was to request a pool towel only. My husband managed the check in and check out but he didnt complain so I guess all is good. The gated outdoor swimming pool & hot tub area is small with a few lounge chairs and 2 tables. But good enough for little kids to enjoy during their stay. I would definitely return to this hotel if our hockey tournament requires us to. It it kind of farther to the rink where we have to be compare to another hotel where we usually stay.

For the price of a nightly rate, the hotel is worth it. It has an elevator, a gym, free parking, and lots of food/grocery options near by. On Sundays, they let a church use the conference area. What surprised me the most was how good the free breakfast was that is included with the stay. I haven't had a hotel breakfast in a long time and it's an art that has either disappeared or the hotel has cut corners.

The hallways and common areas are always clean and tidy. We had several of our presenters leaving on super early flights and wouldn't be able to get breakfast. They gave them breakfast bags to go. Nothing fancy--basically some of the portable food from the breakfast, but that small effort went a long way towards making our presenters happy which made us--the organizers--happy too. The location is right off the 91 so it's centrally located to wherever you're going in Riverside. The two places for improvement would be (1) for them to have more non-pork options for breakfast (turkey bacon at least) and (2) addressing some of the rooms which showed notable signs of age and wear--particularly the bathrooms (sink, shower). I would take off half a star but yelp only allows whole stars. So it's either a 4 or 5. Quite frankly, I think the customer service a hospitality outweighs a few cosmetic issues in the vanity. So 5 stars it is! Besides, they appeared to be renovating several of the rooms so I trust they will have them all done by the next time we come. We absolutely intend to use them again and would recommend them to others.

There's free coffee and water in the lobby, as well as breakfast in the morning. Our room had a small living room and kitchen with full sized refrigerator. There's also a small pickleball court! Two minor cons that I'll mention: when I called the front desk for housekeeping to help with the sofa bed, they said housekeeping was gone for the day (around 9 pm). It wasn't mentioned when we checked in, but we managed to fix up the sofa bed ourselves easily. The other thing I realized in the morning was how thin the walls were. Oddly I never heard anything until early in the morning, but I could hear the guests in the room next to ours talking. Something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Would stay here again!

Unfortunately outside door didn't. Walked rations outside of property to main entrance and waited, and waited until an employee let me in (no ID check). She shows me attached notice when I asked why this wasn't left in room, texted, emailed, or voice mailed to me BEFORE the SCHEDULED power outage, she had no clue (not her job to know). No manager, or anyone that would or should take responsibility. No security for a dark building with no phones. You know, the property wants all my contact info yet don't use it for anything other than advertising. This might have been something to send, mention at check in, tape to room door. Not everyone stops by the front desk. This is a SAFETY issue. I've had problems with this property before and after "boycotting for Five years thought things might have changed. Guess I'll have to wait another five years... FAIL
