For what's it is, I like the place. Older, dark, plenty of TVs around the bar. Bar staff is nice and attentive. Good happy hour specials and weekly specials. For $20, you can get a half a rack of ribs, large salad, side, rolls, and a drink. The have other deals in that same price range. Hard to beat. The ribs are tasty. I've never heard of Flanigans, with good reason. They are located on the east coast of Florida, and I live across the state. A friend recommended it as a place to eat. It had a somewhat dive-like look, but it was not a dive. We walked in, and we were seated quickly. A very enthusiastic server approached us and asked if we were ready to order. I told her we had never been here before, and she took control of the situation. She opened a book-like menu on the table and showed us their everyday specials. The key was you had to order a beverage to get the special. My first thought was I don't drink, so I don't qualify. Well, no, it is a beverage, and a soft drink qualifies. The mother of all specials. Fish, Ribs, Shrimp, and Chicken dishes are all specials, which include a salad, another side, garlic rolls, and main. I ordered the BBQ chicken, and it was over-the-top awesome. This location is usually pretty busy so I can see how the service is not always top-notch from prior reviews, but I don't mind waiting for some delicious rib rolls. This Flanigan is a little busier than other ones. I suggest to place yourself on the waitlist before arriving. Btw if you decide to take your long to arrive they will kick you off the waitlist. Diana, the bartender makes the best one. Everything in the menu is good. They have a jukebox that's always playing the best music. I love the servers and the food, but the management was honestly something that left a bad taste in my mouth. I went today with a gift card that shows that I have a balance left in the card and is still valid but when I tried using the gift card the server contacted the manager and the manger gave us a really bad attitude and when we asked for some help or explanation on what we could be done, the manager simply said "it doesn't work like that". Totally disrespectful and honestly makes me not want to go to Flanigans again, but sadly the food is great and the servers are always sweethearts. It's a shame they don't have managers that are more willingly to work with the client or even explain why my gift card doesn't work, either way happy Easter. read more

Pub vibes in general are definitely not my jam and I wouldn't go here of my own accord. I went with a group of friends after work for happy hour. Had the IPA beer on tap as well as chicken wings. The wings, sadly, were not what I had been imagining and hoping for.They just were kind of meh and lacking in flavor and wow factor. Now, the french fries, those were very good. My friend ordered them and I tried them, and wow, perfect pairing with the IPA. Seemed kind of overpriced to pay $7 for a basket of french fries though.
