    34th Anniversary Menu is awesome

Novecento is a delicious restaurant. Their food is high quality. We had yo wait a few minutes to sit down at the table because they were busy. That was ok. The restaurant has a nice sort of earthy vibe and is relaxing. We were presented with their 34th birthday brunch menu. It turns out they started in NYC and then opened locations in Argentina and Uruguay. Fortunately, they are on South Florida now. We both ordered the same things off the menu. I started with the avocado toast. Normally it comes with a poached egg on top but I skipped that. This avocado toast was filling. The avocado and limes and seasonings were so tasty. Great flavor. It was served on farm bread which was very thick. Next, was the chicken milaga. This was a little show. The guy poured the sauce and cheese magic onto the chicken. I took some of this home because I was getting full. Last, was the crepe with vanilla ice cream? Maybe it was gelato. This was really good. It did have a bit of an eggy flavor. It was still delicious. They have other choices for the appetizers, entrees and desserts. This menu is only in October on the weekends. It is really, really good.

Came to Novecento in Doral to celebrate a wedding reception. Let's start with the parking first which as this is the second time I've been here I can attest to this being a consistent problem. The parking lot only uses pay by phone. It forces you to scan a QR code without any other option. Which causes a backup both to get in and out. It is really frustrating. So highly recommend trying to find parking on the street. In terms of the restaurant we were situated on the 2nd floor which had a small open reception space and a private room. We were about 70 people and were pretty cramped. They should not have allowed that many people. As for the food it was good but the real issue was the wait took forever. We had a set menu and they decided to take the orders for our mains after the first course was served which was family style. It should have been the first thing done to start on that while folks enjoyed their starters. The empanadas were good and the Filet and Salmon were also good. But the length of time it took for food to come out was not acceptable. Overall I would give them a try again but maybe at another location since I detest the horrible parking situation in Doral.

Novecento - City Center Doral (12 out of 10) From the moment we arrived, Novecento delivered excellence across the board--food, service, ambiance, and atmosphere all exceeded expectations. What was meant to be a quick stop for tapas evolved into a two-hour journey through absolute food heaven. Each dish outshined the last, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The experience was elevated even further by the restaurant manager, whose genuine enthusiasm for our enjoyment was unmistakable. He personally presented several dishes to our table, engaging in conversation about the highlights of the meal and introducing us to his equally thoughtful and dedicated team. That level of pride and hospitality is rare--and unforgettable. The holidays are about slowing down, savoring the moment, and leaning into joy--and Novecento captures that energy perfectly. An exceptional dining experience and a place we'll return to again and again.

We got the dulce de leche French toast as well as the chorizo scramble egg bowl and it was DELICIOUS! our waitress and staff attending us were also excellent I never had to ask for a refill of water and they were very attendant 10/10 would recommend, food and service were great

Great place for happy hour, they have 2x1 specials and the drinks taste good. I recommend this place more for drinks and tapas . Perfect stop after work. Staff and service was good, a bit of delay when it came time for the entrees but that's understandable at rush hours and we were a pretty big group . I wasn't a fan of my entree but I would definitely come back for apps and drinks.

Saturday dinner. Second visit to this location. Ceviche appetizer was meh! I'll stick to Peruvian. This location doesn't feel as cozy as the other locations and the acoustics are terrible: way too loud. I have to say that my very dry martini was a huge dissapointment. Even though requested, they forgot the olives. And to make matters worse, the very small glass was HALF full (or half empty). At 15 bucks each. Shameful. Anyway. All of that not so good beginning was overshadowed by the incredibly delicious NY steak. This steak was by far the best I've had for a long time. Seasoned perfectly, cooked to the proper point. It. Was. Just. Incredible. No lie. If you go to this Novecento, order the NY. I can't vouch for the other cuts, but this one is a winner. Desert was ok. Chocolate overload (?) and the panqueques de dulce de leche were ok not spectacular.

This is the time I was on the waiting list and the time I was sat. We got up and left 45 minutes later

They have the worst service at this place. Waited 30 on the waitlist to be seat and another 45 without ever being attended while sitting at an outside table. Complained to the hostess and manager who did care. I've never felt so invisible sitting in the middle of every other table. And you might think they were busy but they weren't. The waiter took the order of a table who was sat 35 minutes after us. I don't recommend this place if you are out trying to enjoy the weather and have a nice dinner.

Beautiful restaurant very clean, elegant, and cozy. From the moment we arrived the host and servers were amazingly attentive and friendly. The food was beautifully presented AND tasted delicious. While I did have to send back my steak for being undercooked to my liking (I ordered well done) I can not hold that against the restaurant. The desserts were fantastic as well! Definitely recommend! As for drinks they make a great white sangria and lychee martini!

One of my go-tos when taking family from out of town for a nice dinner. Despite having to pay for parking in either metered or garage, I always choose coming to the Doral location because there's always more to do in Doral City Place. I'm not sure how busy it gets but I've always been able to get a table with no wait even without reservations. There's only one time where I've had more than the desired wait after being seated but they were still very attentive when the server came around and I was seated on the patio area so it was a good spot for some people watching while waiting. I've only ever gotten steak and I keep coming back! As much as I love a steak, what really gets me from here is the dessert. Loved the creme brûlée.

Meh, is the best way I can describe this experience. Very subpar experience, I actually had high hopes for this place because it's been around for a while but very underwhelming spot. The wine we wanted was sold out, the food arrived to the table cold and then the service was spotty. If you take a chance just know it'll be okay. Better to try somewhere else!

My own birthday was celebrated there on karaoke night, and it was one of the most amazing and unforgettable nights. We also celebrated my niece's graduation on karaoke night, and it was another incredible evening filled with friends, family, laughter, and great memories. Seeing an employee post something so negative about an event that so many of us genuinely enjoy is disappointing. From the outside looking in, it seems like there's been a big shift in whoever is running these events. I recently attended both karaoke night and ladies' night, and the atmosphere was completely different from what many of us have come to love. FYI, karaoke night *brings people together*. I can't think of a single time we've gone and not had a great night. That's why this post doesn't reflect what 9 Feet Under has always represented to so many of us. If you work there and karaoke night is that terrible *for you*, maybe it's worth asking yourself why that is. Or perhaps this isn't the right environment for you. But please don't portray an event that has created so many positive memories for so many people as something negative, because that's simply not the experience the rest of us have had. Now you've lost customers!!

We were lucky to be under the specialized and meticulous care of Idelis, one of the bartenders and a founder of this Doral location. We started with a tasting of the Wines of the Month: * The Gold Rush California Red; highly cherry-fruity with nice depth. * The Vinho Verde; crisp, refreshing, with a very light bubbly sensation. After the tasting, and keeping in mind her preference for reds, we decided to go with 2 bottles of Pinot Noir; elegant, with beautiful red fruit notes, soft tannins, and that classic silky finish that makes it so versatile and easy to enjoy. We started with the house pretzel bun with butter, which is always excellent. From the seasonal menu, we tried the Crispy Barbacoa Arancini, which were very good. For the main course, my girlfriend ordered the Blackened Ahi Tuna and I had the Shanghai Braised Short Rib; tender, perfectly cooked meat with a delicious soy-chili glaze, accompanied by roasted broccolini, shiitake mushrooms, and wasabi silky buttery mashed potatoes. The portions were perfect and the mix of flavors in the sauce and the mashed potatoes is something I can't even describe absolutely phenomenal. For dessert, the Summer Peach Butter Cake (the seasonal option) was already finished, which was very disappointing we couldn't understand why, especially since it was relatively early. We ended up ordering the Key Lime Pie instead, which was very balanced in flavor and sweetness. The crust was excellent and gave the impression of being homemade.
