I've posted about this before how some people just milk the time on the tables and seats during game nights. These people are cheap, they'll seat there with the same hot beer for 2 hours watch the entire game not eating and leave a $2 tip. I would just put a big sign, $35.00 surcharge on bill after you've been seating there for over an hour. For this reason I'm giving them 3 stars. #keepseathoggersout. Service is always amazing here! You can never go wrong with their house marg! The rib rolls are the BEST appetizer and I always think about them. I recently tried their ribeye for the first time and I was blown away by how juicy and perfectly cooked it was. This Flanigan's is in Kendall and is small but mighty! Located on a busy road, you won't miss it! The parking is in a lot and not too hard to maneuver but most of the parking lots in this area are interesting and I definitely advice to drive with caution. Came with a group to celebrate our friends placing in a tournament and we were seated right away. We love getting the meal deals because it's a lot of food for a great price! We came during the "Christmas" season, even though its still November and the decor was decked out here. It was so cute- from the outside inflatables to the inside stringed lights, they were really in the spirit. The food is good. The ambience is good, but if you go there weekend or during the night, the waitresses uniforms are unacceptable. Went there with my family. My young kids waitress showing her boobs basically wearing very small tight shorts. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. We are frequent customers at Flanigans. We mostly sit at the bar , since it's very busy. For a couple of times now, we've been attended by a great bartender by the name of Astrid. She is attentive. She's not the type of bartender to walk by and ignore or not offer to refresh drinks. She always is attentive, professional and even though, it's usually very packed, she pays attention to us and is very swift. As I wasn't ever aggressive in the matter of accusations And humiliation. I believe this person took his authority to his advantage because he didn't get what he wanted. I was sitting at the bar on Valentine's Day by myself like I have done the last 3 months because I am going g through a horrible 26 year divorce with a narcissist. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always felt comfortable at your restaurant. Earlier the same week, I celebrated my best friend's birthday at your location without any issues, which makes this situation even more upsetting. On this occasion, I visited the restaurant alone to have a meal. A man seated next to me -- who was also alone -- repeatedly insisted that hw accompanied me to go to my home to retrieve my phone after I mentioned I had left it at home. I clearly declined and told him I preferred not to leave. His persistence made me feel uncomfortable. Shortly afterward, I was suddenly approached by staff members and escorted out of the restaurant. 2 big black guys. And threaten me I was going to jail. I was shocked, embarrassed, and confused, as I had done nothing wrong and was simply trying to enjoy my meal and beer. From my perspective, it felt as though the man I was seated next to used his influence or authority to have me removed. As a long-time customer, a business owner, and a grandmother, I would never intentionally cause a disturbance. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and investigated. I would appreciate clarification on why I was removed and what steps will be taken to ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully in the future. Have been to flanigans quite a few times and have recently decided to try different things on the menu that I don't normally go for. We went to flanigans on a Thursday and got an order of fish dip with any pitcher. The fish dip was so good. One of my favorites. It was unfortunate that the chips and crackers were really stale. It was the special of the day so would think everything would be fresh. I opted for the pasta caesar with chicken stickers. Definitely should have asked for extra dressing. I went out to eat with my wife on Friday, January 9 at approximately 6:45 PM. We were sat down and we were greeted by our server Jason we ordered a half dozen of garlic rolls and potato skins. We got the bread first and approximately 10 minutes later we get our potato skins when we realize our plate was covered with ants. We then immediately told our server he was surprisingly shocked brought it back to the kitchen told the manager she came out apologize then they sent us back a new order of skins. We did not eat the skins and left a restaurant I could just imagine what else is happening in that kitchen. The new waitlist setup is pretty terrible. It makes you check in even when you're still like an hour out from getting a table, and if you don't, you're dropped instantly. Kinda defeats the whole point of having a waitlist. The food is still amazing, but the system definitely needs some fixing. read more

I've never had such a bad experience at Flanigan's as I did Yesterday. First we ordered a Pitcher of Beer which gave us an order of wings. Once the wings came out they tasted like they been set a side for quite a while also with an old oil taste. Eventually the pitcher came out, yes way after the wings were out. We order a couple of clam chowders which I did ask if it was good and the server said that it was one of his favorites things and it was thick. Once they came out I just laughed when I saw it because I just remembered what the server had said, the consistency was beyond the word thick it almost felt like you were eating oatmeal. You could put the bowl sideways and it wouldn't drip. I decided to play it safe with the main dish and order a full rack of ribs since they were always consistent. Boy was I wrong,, the ribs came out a d the first thing I noticed was that it looked like only half of the portion of curly fries was put on the plate. On top of that like the wings they tasted like they've been seating there for a while. With ketchup nowhere to be found my daughter had to go get a bottle from a couple of tables over. Yes, no ketchup or any condiments were set on our table. Once we got to the ribs it was a cross between Jerky and Ribs. Way over cooked and Dry, something Ive never experienced at a Flanigan's. The highlight and most decent thing of the night was actually the mixed salad, which btw got charged the full price as opposed to and add on to the main dish like I ordered it. Water was never even offered. I would say food was like a 3.5/10 and even though the server was a nice person I would rate the service 5/10. First time at that location so it might be just that. I am a frequent visitor for lunch at the Doral location and never had an issue there. read more
