This flannies like many other Flanigans has his own vibe and atmosphere. What makes this one great is that it gives you that neighborhood bar/ restaurant establishment vibe. Many families come here to enjoy dinner or lunch or just come sit at the bar and have a drink. I have been here once before and the only reason why I did not give it a 5 star was because a bartender and server that I met before gave me such an excellent service with a smile and her name is Kiki. She actually enjoys her job and makes everyone enjoy thier time. So remember that name next time you go to that Flanagan's ask for Kiki she may be at the bar or on the floor she is amazing attentive and great service. read more

Our server name was jenzey can't remember the name, but she was very awful, and she did not care at all, she gave a attitude whenever we told her about a problem, we got a watered down coke and told our server jenzey about the problem and she said she will change the coke, and proceeds to be always on her phone and chatting with her co workers while we are here waiting for her service, she avoided us after we told her about the problems we had, and only came for us for the check. If I could get away with never coming here I would. Out of all of the Flanigan's this one is my least favorite. I have encountered more rude staff than decent ones. The food never surprises me. It is basic food that sometimes is too greasy, or lacking flavor, drinks will be a hit or miss, unless you order beer (that's hard to mess up). The place sounds like a cafeteria since it is usually extremely loud and I have trouble listening to the person across the table. Avoid this place if you can. I had to go inside after 10 minutes to see if anyone was going to come greet us and take our order. The host (short girl with long hair and glasses) ended up coming back and said that nobody was going to come for another 15 minutes because they're waiting for the new servers to arrive. She couldn't tell us when we first were sat? Then she said she had a table for us inside so we went inside and were instantly greeted and taken our drink order only to wait another 15 minutes before walking out again because nobody ever came back! I usually go for the Big Daddy burger with cheese and fries and also the Joe's meal deal with the baby back ribs, loaded baked potato, ceasar salad, and garlic rolls. The chicken wings are also good. After 9 pm. drinks are half off. This location is in a strip mall located on Bird Road in Westchester. The parking lot is small and finding a spot during lunch time is difficult. read more

The food is typically good and the atmosphere inst terrible, (except if you're trying to go to dinner during a game.. word of advice don't! or go early).
