JG was prompt on getting back to us right away with an estimate. We then spoke to Amanda who helped us figure what we needed and book us a time and day. The owner Jimmy arrived with Oscar to take care of us that day. They gave us a text about a 1/2 hr before that they were in route. Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything as he was working, showing us videos of the inside of the vents as he started cleaning them. They worked promptly to look around the house to start working. They first covered all the vents and brought in their equipment. Each Individual vent was cleaned. Th package included the dryer vent and furnace but we paid extra to get the bathroom fan cleaned inside and thru the outside. They cleaned up and were done in about 1.5 hrs for our 2600'sq ft house. I would definitely recommend them for any duct work you have. They were very prompt, professional and have great customer service!

April 19 2026 I call to schedule a safety check-up, we were told that we had not signed up. OK, called our original salesman to sign up. Since then we have called him multiple times, left voice messages text messages and talked directly to him. It is June 2, 2026 still not signed up. Call Total Comfort office to sign up. The heating and cooling "2 full comprehensive manufacturer recommended safety & maintenance tune-ups" are once a year service. One for the furnace and one for the A/C which must be done at the same time. I was not an English major but I find this highly misleading. Am I wrong? Wouldn't "annual check up of both units" be a far more honest summary of their offering? We had no complaints about the initial installation

It appeared that he tried to clean up one of the spots (it was wet and dirty) but was not successful. The part that really gets me is that he 1) didn't respect my property and 2) was shady about the damage, meaning never told me. Texted him but didn't get a response. If you use them insist on drop cloths or some kind of carpet protection and keep your eyes on him
