He got me all set up with my two treatments so quickly and their system has great and frequent reminders about your appointment with an address and phone number attached. (I'm surprised that a lot of places don't actually put that extra very helpful information in the texts) Today I got to meet Lance! He was still so helpful and really fun to visit with. The team is so well educated and in totally different ways that all complement each other and the service. When I had my leg compression service (10/10) he was able to put the chair into "zero gravity" which I really think enhanced how relaxing the pressure on my legs felt. I was also about to modify my IV bag and have it done at the same time as the compression. From there I moved to the vibration table and that was a really interesting a cool experience. The eye mask was a nice touch, too. I didn't get mine scented BUT I got it heated. The establishment itself is so clean and beautiful. Very peaceful and comfortable. Dr. Connell is the first and only doctor I have ever been to that actually listens. Further, she considers your entire mind, body and environment in developing treatment. She made several suggestions and immediately told me her plan would not entail me being on all of the supplements and such forever, but to reduce to exactly what is needed as we proceeded through treatments. This is a fact. From the first set of supplements to now - the supplements have been reduced to half. First off the tech arrived and although she was very kind and great, she had a strong smell from her lotion that fill our whole house. We asked her if after putting the IV in, if she could sit in the other room and check in on us because she smelled to strong and it was making my wife sick. Additionally, we asked to make the IV slow in order to not overwhelm her system. She agreed to both and said it was no problem. An hour later, a dispatch operator named Chris (apparently he is one of the owners as well), calls his tech, and then proceeds to yell at my wife and telling her that her request and the speed that we were going were simply "unacceptable". I don't care who you are, you don't yell at your customer (who is already dealing with stress from a medical condition) because your tech agreed to our request. If there was an issue, it should have been explained in a better way. Simply, they don't care about you and your care, they just want to get to the next appointment and collect your money. However, it was not a bad experience, just not impactful in the slightest. My aunt had done IV therapy in the past with a different company and had great results and this time it fell flat. The reason for my 1 star review is their pushy and unprofessional texting and calling after the fact in addition to the lack luster IV experience. They text and call from multiple numbers. I've had to block them repeatedly. I was at a funeral and they texted me twice in an hour and a half. I thought I had blocked all of their numbers and then I got a voicemail yesterday from a new sales lady. They act like car salesmen! When you have a great service or product, you don't have to harass customers to come in, they will seek you out. Having a 'sales' approach to anything surrounding wellness is counterintuitive and just tacky.
