We all know that there is currently a car shortage due to the microchip explosion in japan so it's been super hard to get a car without forking out an arm and a leg. Many brokers gave me a run around about helping me before I went to Alex. After going back and forth on whether or not I wanted the car or not Alex was very patient. After making the decision and making the deposit my car arrived and was ready for delivery in about a month. It did take some time because of the car shortage/inventory shortage, which I did not mind at all. Otherwise if they had the car it's usually delivered in about a few days. There's a reason why I stopped dealing with "stealerships". I called Lenny Komsky and asked for advice. Not only did he take the time to try and get the car but when he was met with pushback(from the dealerships) he gave me the info needed to try and get the car I wanted from an out of state dealer. After calling a few dealers and giving them the numbers that Lenny told me the car should be selling at(much lower than what the dealers wanted), I finally got a dealer to call me back and agree to what Lenny told me the car should be at. The dealer than proceeded to send me the paperwork which Lenny asked for me to send to him to double check everything. Even though they made nothing on the deal, the Grand Prix team made sure I got the best possible deal and made sure everything was in order. I was even able to get the car delivered to my front door from a dealer close to 800 miles away for no extra charge. Again all tanks to Lenny and his team. I really don't know how to thank them for this. On top of all that, Lenny was able to get me out of my current Lease 8 months earlier so I can get the car I've been looking into. Mind you some dealers quoted me 800 dollars a month more than what I ended up paying for the same car.

My vehicle was repaired by your shop, and my insurance deductible was $1,000. When I arrived to…read morepick up my vehicle, I was unexpectedly informed that the amount due had increased to $1,750. I was told that a last-minute addition had been made to the repair bill, that my insurance company had approved the additional $750, but that the insurance payment would be mailed directly to me. Based on those representations, I was instructed to pay the full $1,750 and assured that I would later be reimbursed by my insurance company for the additional $750. Relying on those representations, I paid the full amount. Over the past three months, I have repeatedly attempted to recover the $750. It has since become clear that my insurance company did not send the payment to me. Instead, it paid Mercedes shop directly. Their staff has acknowledged that this is what occurred, yet I have still not been reimbursed for the additional $750 that I paid. I have been told that their accounting department reversed the original charge and then processed a corrected charge for the proper amount. However, despite my providing copies of my bank statements clearly showing that no such reversal or refund was ever issued, the matter remains unresolved. After more than two months of unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue amicably, I have no alternative but to pursue recovery through Small Claims Court. It is unfortunate that such a straightforward matter, which could have been resolved quickly and professionally, has been allowed to reach this point.

Then When lifting my car to get under it, they put the lift legs on the wrong part of my under-car and ended up BENDING my car body. And SCRATCHING my brand new paint from Negligence. Workers look DRUNK and fully SMOKED out with cigarettes, smoked inside my car the other day too. Then when i noticed what they did (denting) to my car, I told them and they began to CRITICIZE us and yell. Leonid Granovsky (Lonya the tall big boss) KICKED us out. No apologies were given and No money to fix the damages was given. Leonid stated "it's just your fender. You will be okay"..."If you want a good job done on your car you should have went to a different place". Then the boss drove our car out of the shop and shut the gate on us. Said "Pretend we never did anything and you were never here" as we left. HOW can a LICENSED mechanic shop do this ? I have full video footage of them yelling at us, proof of all the damages they did.
