I just got a BMW 3 series lease from Grand Prix Motors a few days ago. The deal was amazing and no one else could match anywhere close to the price. Everything was straightforward and no surprises. I don't think it makes any sense to lease from a car dealer again. I worked with Cristina from almost 2 months ago. She was able to give me lowest quotes on every single model that I asked about: Acura TL, BMW 3, Infiniti Q50 and MB C300. She was very straightforward with numbers. I tried to negotiate numbers anyway. I was once very close with her on a Q50, but it did not work out. I learned to not expect much negotiation room. I appreciated this and appreciated more when I learned that other guys only started to be serious when I told them I had a deal. These other guys still couldn't match the price and tried to switch me into different cars and models. She never pushed me to make any decision. She was as nice as usual when I told her that I wanted to wait and see what comes up in the next month. I communicated with Cristina by email quite extensively. She had a good sense of humor. I am sure you will be entertained when reading her reply. That, in my mind, is an important part of positive customer experience. The delivery process was also smooth with no surprises. All numbers and conditions stay as discussed. I went to their office to pick up the new car since I needed to return a lease for a different brand. I'm glad I ended up at Grand Prix because after shopping around for ages, I ended up in and out of Grand Prix within an hour with a lease for the car I wanted (Infinity Q50-which had a promotion going on at the time) at the best price I had seen yet. I came in on a Friday and was out the door with my car that next Monday, which was incredibly quick and surprising, since some of my friends that leased elsewhere waited for over a week to get their cars! I also had to wait for my registration to get to the dealership since the car was from out of state as well as wait for new plates and I was promptly notified when all my documents came in. I actually forgot to pick them up the week I got the first phone call and got a reminder phone call, which was really helpful since my temp plates were about to expire. I also see everyone raving about customer service and I'm going to have to agree. Every time I was in the office (to get a quote, to pick up my car, and to pick up my registration and plates) I was offered coffee, tea, or water and when I came to pick up the car I brought my kids with me, who were offered some fruit that was brought out cut up. It's really a simple thing but it does make them stand out. So, overall, with their great prices, quick delivery, and wonderful customer service, not only will I go back to them once this lease is up, I recommend anyone that is car shopping to turn to Grand Prix--you won't regret it! read more

Recently leased a Toyota Camry LE via Grand Prix Motors. This was my first ever car lease and I gotta tell you, it was the most painless and headache free experience leasing from Grand Prix. The entire process from the moment I decided which car I wanted to the actual day that I leased the car took approximately one month. I dealt with Boris and he was very patient and very thorough in answering all of my questions. I was debating if the best option was leasing or financing a car and Boris spent a lot of time going over the numbers for both options. After deciding that the best thing for my budget was to lease the vehicle, Boris was able to get me approved and located a vehicle in the color combination I wanted and had the vehicle the very next day. Prior to contacting Grand Prix, I had gone to a dealership just to compare the prices. The dealership was very aggressive and made it a really not good of experience as I was hoping it would be. The pressure to purchase the car right there and then was not something I was ready to do. With Grand Prix Motors, there was never any pressure and to be honest, their price was better from the get go. Will definitely be returning as a customer 3 years from now and will most definitely recommend to all my friends to go to Grand Prix Motors to lease or purchase their next car. Great company special thanks to Kate she is a true professional she is always strive to deliver best service. Last month I leased two cars she has done an outstanding job, perfect rates, she never played those usual "dealership's talks and schemes". It really is possible to get a great deal on a car and feel fantastic about the entire purchase/leasing process. you simply have to call Lenny up at Grandprix and what can be like root canal turns into one of the most pleasant experiences you can imagine. Lenny is the man! The only thing he didn't do was speak German, and that's okay because Diego from the local sushi joint doesn't speak Japanese and still makes the most amazing tuna rolls in the neighborhood. I've been hunting for a deal on 2016 BMW 5 series since last December and have spoken to enough dealers and lease brokers to get an aneurism. Been dealing with these guys since the Great Recession. Boris Pulled through back in 2011 with an MDX Lease (that I ended up purchasing) when my options were limited. Fast forward to now, Felix got me a good trade in on the Acura when most didn't want to deal with it. SO I got two new Mercedes Benz's (E300 and a GLE 350) and both transactions were convenient, honest and seamless. Felix ROCKED IT and I would use him and Boris for any car transactions. They also followed up on plates and suggested getting glass insurance (way after both transactions were complete) so they obviously care a lot more about a satisfied customer than just making a sale (like most car guys) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS !!!!! Bought two cars from them, also two of my friends have bought cars there. And in all 4 cases the experience was excellent. Great prices and customer service. I have to tell, that i spent a month looking for a car, i could not decide what i want. And even than Grand Prix helped me to find the best car for the best price, without pressuring to buy whatever they have in stock at the moment like many dealers do. Sale person will work with you for as long as necessary to find the best possible deal. One of the car that i bought have to be delivered to NJ, the service was free, and even when i offered 20 bucks to the driver for the service, he kindly refused. I was shocked. Need to praise the excellent services given to us by Mr. Andre Magduke, from Gran Prix Motors. Here is a sales person often sought but many times not available in the market. We can attest Andre was a star-wit from the very beginning as we negotiated for two vehicles, i.e. a Grand Cherokee Limited, and Infiniti Q50, and both 2014 models. In both instances, all requirements were done expeditiously with the most professional service one could ever expect. The deliveries in Central Florida went just as promised and on time. We had a great experience dealing with Andre at Grand Prix, who was recommended to us by our relative who had just gotten a lease from him. Our lease was coming up and with a newborn on our hands we didn't have the time to go to dealerships. We had a few SUVs in mind with the type of options that were important to us. Andre was very quick with giving us the prices which were a great deal. We got the same make and model as we had but at a better price and with more options. Andre was very helpful, he picked up our old car in the am and brought us the new car later in the afternoon of the same day, all we had to do was to call insurance to add new car. At first I was nervous about using a broker for my new auto lease, but after asking around I learned that some of my closest friends use them for their auto leasing. After contacting more than five lease brokerages in the Brooklyn area, it was obvious that Grand Prix offered the best deals and customer service, and set the standard on how they are to operate. My Sales agent was Cristina C. and she was more than helpful in explaining the process to me in detail. She quoted me over the phone about $4,500 less than Bayridge Lexus for my 2013 Lexus ES350 two year lease.
