I was upside down on my previous car and rolled it into a new lease here and got horrible service from Jeffrey. Basically lost $500 for another payment being made after it was sold and when they delivered the new car to me I got EZPASS violations from them delivering the vehicle from Jersey. I actually referred a friend here and they left with a new lease as well and didn't receive the bonus I was promised. Absolutely would not recommend anyone to come here for a car, no one ever reached out to me about a payment owed back to me or my referral bonus. I contacted chris regarding an E300 or E400 Mercedes Benz lease with a specific package request. He promptly got back to me and mentioned to me that his Mercedes contact is away and it will be a few days. After about a week I finally got some figures on an E400 WITHOUT the package I specifically asked for. I reiterated many times that I was looking for the drivers assistance package and Chris completely disregarded that. I had not heard from him in days. After, the owner called me and promptly apologized and gave me quotes. Few weeks later, I ended up leasing an E300 sedan somewhere else for about 150 bucks less per month than they quoted me. These guys are more of a middleman than real brokers that get deals. They were not aware of CVP, x-loaner and multiple security deposits for Mercedes-Benz financial leases. read more

After getting a new job, I needed a car. I didn't really know what type of car I wanted, and after doing some general research, I decided to use XS Leasing to help narrow my search. I felt it would have been quicker than going to a local dealer because car salespeople try to pressure you into buying or leasing a car then and there, and I wanted to see what my options were. I also didn't want to buy a used car, since I didn't know what I would be getting off of Craig's List. At XS Leasing, I was helped by Jennifer Kelman, who I highly recommend. She is very professional, and took a laid back approach towards what they had. I spoke to her on the phone, and then met her at the dealership when I picked up the car, although the car can also be delivered to the home, office or apartment as well. During our initial conversation, Jennifer told me what she had available, and I picked a car that was affordable. Some people try to persuade you to go with a more expensive car, but Jennifer just stated what she had and let me decide, unless I had questions or asked for her advice. I ultimately chose a Nissan Sentra for $175/month [this price includes taxes and fees.] Jennifer was able to get several add-ons for the car free of charge, such as a sunroof and alloy wheels. This also came with blue tooth, power windows and backup motion sensor. The car performs as expected, and there are no issues. I really believe the car lease I have is valued around $300/month. The trunk space is large and I got more than what the standard Sentra would have been at the $175/month price range. Even though I can't guarantee everyone would be as lucky as I was in getting upgrades [sometimes, it depends on the dealership], at the end of the day, the customer who goes here will be able to receive a wide range of cars to choose from. And, as in my situation, Jennifer will be able to see if the customer can get upgrades, so the customer not only saves money, but gets an even better deal than what is originally advertised. read more
