Communication was great, helping me search for options that I wanted. Everyone today does their homework on what the going rate of their next new car, Jay did not disappoint. My experience at Ideal Auto 18th Avenue Brooklyn was fantastic! I was very nervous and apprehensive to go because I was afraid that my bad credit would keep me from getting a vehicle. I thought I was going to have to go to one of those weekly vehicle renters based on my terrible credit score, but to my surprise, Song who was my sales rep resented it was not pushy and he tried his very very best to get me into a car with my credit score and the limited amount of down deposit I had.
