I…read moredon't appreciate being pushed around or someone trying to force my hand to buy something . Thankfully after looking at some reviews I decided to check out ELDORADO and I met the wonderful Mark. Mark is like a kind uncle . He was patient, he was informative, and he was invested in me making the right choice for my lifestyle and my budget . He was never pushy like the typical sleazy used car salesman so I felt comfortable working with him. We found a car that worked for me and his team even handled all the dmv requirements so I didn't have to do that myself . I am so happy with my purchase . My family got a chance to meet mark as well and said if they ever are in the market for a car they would work with him in the future! I also want to note that after I bought the car I had a problem with my heat . I called mark and he was so apologetic and instantly called a mechanic who took care of it right away at no cost to me. Mark has called to follow up with me and ask about my family even though I already bought the car. He is a genuine person as well as the rest of his staff. I would highly recommend this dealer if you're looking for a good used car !!

My gripe however is that I'm not even in my second month from owning one of their cars and I've had an exhaust repair (if they inspected the pipes they would have seen the damage right?) luckily it was within the 30 days so the did cover that! But I didn't have to skip work so probably evens out the cost in reality. And now I'm staring down the barrel of a complete transmission replacement putting me $5000 out of pocket. By the way that's half of what the car cost! Fist time taking it into an interstate going above 65mph and the cars transmission fails. When a car You just bought, and after being assured it was running great! Has it's transmission fail, is a large kick in the teeth! I would advise anyone considering buying used, to seek a proper inspection at the car dealership before buying used. Do not take the people selling it on their word, as it can cost you big time. We were dumb enough to think we won't need the extended warranty. Maybe you should chip in for it. Better than being stuck with a $5000 bill I somehow have to find in the back of my couch. I really wanted to like this place but now I am just waiting for more things to fail with the car I'm now stuck with until it's paid up.

I have to recognize that since my first phone call to Signature they treated me nice, then I got in contact with Vlad F he made things easy for me. He guided and suggested me according to my needs. Since the moment Vlad made the price budget the prices didn't change (like others they tell you a price and then for some reason changes) what he told me in the beginning is what I am paying, not a single penny more or one less. The team helped me to find the most competitive insurance and I am glad with the quote they provided, I am honest on this, some of my friends are changing insurance and others are getting rid of their existing leases to be able to work with Signature Auto. I was recommended to them by my friend and I am going to keep recommending to mines. Vlad I am glad I worked with you on this. Thank you and your team!

Ethan was super patient with me and was responsive not matter what day or time it was. He got me exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. They even delivered the car right to my home and handled the return of my lease. Honestly astounded by the level of service provided. Definitely referral worthy and will surely be returning for my next vehicle. CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH ETHAN!!

Plaza Acura of Brooklyn was a complete waste of time…read more We had a 5:00 PM test drive scheduled and showed up early at 4:50, expecting at least a basic level of professionalism. Instead of meeting the person we were told to ask for ("Mike"), we were immediately handed off to someone else who launched into the typical dealership script--sit down, write things down, pretend to "build a deal"--all before even acknowledging why we were there. The attitude changed instantly once my friend was upfront about his timeline and said he was comparing other brands (BMW, Genesis, etc.). The moment they realized we weren't an immediate, easy sale, their interest dropped to zero. You could literally feel it--like a switch flipped. From that point on, we were just being tolerated, not helped. They still let us test drive the car, but let's be honest--that's the bare minimum. When it came time to talk numbers, they completely shut down. No pricing, no breakdown, no effort. Then a manager named Santiago stepped in and threw out a vague payment range of "$600-$800." When we asked a simple, reasonable question--can you narrow that down, show MSRP, or give any real numbers?--his answer was basically: "No, programs change in two weeks, so I'm not quoting anything." That's not how you sell cars. That's how you avoid doing your job. The entire experience felt dismissive and borderline disrespectful. It was obvious they had already decided we weren't worth their time, so they didn't bother trying. And honestly, after this experience, it makes you question the flood of recent 5-star reviews on google. They don't line up with what we experienced at all. They certainly don't match what is on here! We all know what they are doing with the google reviews. If this is how they treat potential customers, management should seriously rethink who they have representing their dealership.

I purchased my Acura from this dealership in February as an out-of-state buyer from Pennsylvania. I was explicitly assured that they would handle registration and make the process seamless. Had I known this would not be handled properly, I would have simply taken temporary plates and registered the vehicle myself in Pennsylvania. Instead, what followed has been incredibly frustrating and frankly irresponsible. About a week after bringing the car home, the dealership contacted me to inform me that they had made a mistake and sent me home with license plates that belonged to an entirely different vehicle and another customer. That alone should never happen. I then had to take time out of my own schedule to overnight the incorrect plates back to them. After that, they overnighted replacement plates, but those plates expired on March 1st. It is now March 22nd, and I am still driving with expired plates, which has put me in a very difficult and potentially legally problematic situation. I have made repeated calls and sent multiple texts to my salesperson, Manny, who continues to say he will get back to me and then does not follow through. I have also reached out to others at the dealership and left messages with no resolution. Regarding LoJack, I clearly stated that I did not want it, and it was removed from my invoice. However, the system itself was not properly removed from the vehicle. A few days after taking delivery, I discovered a loose cable hanging down near my brake pedal. When I contacted Manny, he confirmed it was related to the LoJack system and said it had been disconnected but not removed. I was told I would need to return to Brooklyn and pay $500 to have it properly removed. Leaving equipment hanging near a brake pedal is not only careless, it is a safety concern. Being asked to pay to fix something I explicitly declined is unacceptable. At this point, this is more than poor communication. It is a failure to handle basic responsibilities and customer safety. I trusted this dealership to manage things they said they handled regularly, and instead I have been left dealing with expired plates and unresolved issues. I have requested a return phone call from the owner of the dealership today and expect to receive one. If I do not, I will continue to share and document this experience online so others are aware. I also plan to explore my options to address this situation legally. This should have been treated with urgency and professionalism from day one, and it simply has not been. If you are considering buying from here, especially as an out-of-state buyer, I would strongly caution you to think twice or handle your own registration independently.

We were left waiting for hours while staff disappeared, openly smoking and laughing outside while customers sat unattended in offices. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people's time. As first-time leasers, we were taken advantage of. The finance team was extremely predatory, pushing wheel insurance and unnecessary add-ons that were never clearly explained and that we did not need. On top of that, our card was overcharged, and now--five months later--there is STILL no resolution. We have had endless back-and-forth with their financial manager, who repeatedly said he would "get back to us" and never did. We even have written proof of these communications. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it involves customers' money. No follow-up. No urgency. No professionalism. Just excuses and silence. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not lease or buy a car from this place. Plaza Hyundai does not treat customers with honesty or respect. Give us our money back. Now.
