I feel that businesses are either on it or they are not. I am a new driver and never had any issues with my car where I needed it to be towed. I was on my way out to pick up my kids and as soon as I pulled into the street, I could hear that I had a flat. I was worried that I was going to be late for my kids, but I called Flash​ Towing and Mike made it to my house in less than 10 minutes. He was so kind. The back of my car was a bit of a mess with kid stuff, so the spare tire was difficult to get to. It wasn't a problem at all. Mike took the huge spare tire out of the bottom of my trunk (it is a full-size​ spare) and changed it in what felt like seconds. He made it so easy. He even carefully put my toolkit​ back in that impossible-to-get-to spot. My wife works late into the night and when she got off the other night, her starter/engine wouldn't turn over. I myself could not reach her and initially was apprehensive about her calling for a tow ( as we have experienced theft and TERRIBLE customer service when using other companies in the past). I relented and she called these guys as suggested by my father. Ted was a great help, and arrived within 15 minutes of her calling (which surprised us considering how late it was). Incredibly grateful for Flash Towing's professionalism, timelines, and affordability. Danny, the Flash Towing driver who was sent to me in my hour of distress, was helpful and kind, and showed up to tow my car even before his estimated arrival time. After finding that my car had mysteriously acquired two flat tires while parked in front of my friends apartment in SF, I was frantic. I tend to use my AAA assistance rather liberally, and always quickly/idiotically blow through my whopping 3 complimentary roadside calls within the first few months of renewing my membership. Simply put - Flash Towing saved my day! I live in San Francisco, but often put in long hours working in Concert Production in the East Bay. I got a flat on the freeway on my way to drop my Children off and head to work. I found that flash towing was one of the closest near me at the time so I figured to give it a try assuming no major differences could come in decided a towing company. I was wrong because flash towing change my perspective on ever calling anyone else for roadside assistance. I was driving to school one morning when my lower control arm snapped, I called flash towing and they answered right away. They also had different types of tow trucks which was also very useful, and were able to get to my location pretty fast.
