To make an appointment here, you would need to create a profile online and pre-pay half as a deposit. There is a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy to be aware of if you don't want to lose your money. If you call in, their receptionist will tell you to go online, but if you have any issues, to call her back and she can talk you through the steps. Prior to your appointment, drink a lot of water and stay hydrated for the best detox results. On the day of the appointment, I arrived early as I do going to any spa for the first time to check in and see if they need me to sign any paperwork. They have a really nice lobby area. The receptionist offered me water and asked if I needed to use the restroom while I was waiting. I had my sessions with Samantha. She came and welcomed me to the treatment room. It was very clean. The table was lined with disposable sheets and even a warming sheet to keep you warm. They had disposable bras and underwears to protect your clothes from getting dirty. Samantha explained that each treatment will be customized to your body and your preferences. She asked if there was any areas I would like to focus on, and I mentioned my stomach. She warned me that she would be applying a lot of pressure to release the lymphs but I thought the pressure was amazing and relaxing... but I do like firm pressure massages. In addition to the full body lymph massage, she also did a fat cavitation and apply sculpting tools to my stomach area. Throughout the whole treatment Samantha was super professional and knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. After the treatment, she reminded me to drink a lot of water and avoid alcohol for maximum detox. This is great for a quick detox. If you're looking for extreme results, you should come 1-2 times a month. It isn't reasonable to expect quick change for just one visit. I had such a great experience I already scheduled the Ultimate Luxe Treatment Sculpt Detox with Samantha.

Everything was very normal until the office manager/co-owner text me the day before my first MN appointment and she told me that based on the educated questions I had been asking in the chat for my new NP prior to my appointment they would be canceling my appointment and telling me to receive treatment elsewhere. Please note, the questions I asked were no different than something that ChatGPT would recommend any potential patient asking any given provider. There are red flags that are very concerning when evaluating practitioners-- one of which is not being able to ask questions. So in that regards I'm actually very grateful that they canceled my appointment and I went elsewhere for treatment. I just wanted to share my experience so that others are aware. ... In response to Glo -- yes, this amazing country of ours allows businesses the right to exercise subjective opinions and decisions. That is a very important freedom and right. If Glo felt that this concern of patient doubt was the case, it would have been a kind and respectful courtesy to ask the patient directly at the time of the questions if that was indeed the case and to see if there was anything that they could do to address those concerns that Glo felt were present. Also, advanced notice of a cancellation, at the time the questions had been asked in the months / weeks preceding the appointment instead of the evening before would have been much appreciated.
