Excellent deep tissue massage! Vivian and Danny are equally amazing. Let them know your target areas of concern and they will work those knots right out. I have been coming here for about a year, and they never disappoint. I appreciate the strength and pressure. My back is really bad and the knots on my back are not for the weak. Vivian is able to use her elbow with laser focus and nail those know just under my shoulder blade. They both do a great job communicating, checking in and keeping appointments. I have tried other places but this one is the best. And the price is right. Every now and then my wife comes as well and she has really benefitted from the massages with Danny. Truly the worst massage experience I've ever had, and I've had many massages over the years. The woman at the front desk was also my massage therapist, and the entire experience felt extremely unprofessional from start to finish. I paid $70 for a 60-minute massage and ended up leaving after only about 15 minutes. During almost the entire session, she only used her feet to massage me after coming directly from the front desk into the room, which honestly made me question whether they had even been cleaned beforehand. For most of the time, she sat back in a rolling chair against the wall with AirPods in, scrolling on her phone while using her heels on my neck and upper back through the sheet. No oils or lotion were used, and it felt more like friction/rug burn than an actual massage. To make matters worse, the massage room door was left open during the session, which made me feel exposed and uncomfortable the entire time. That alone felt very unprofessional and took away any sense of relaxation or privacy. When I finally looked up and saw her fully on her phone, I told her I did not want to continue. Instead of stepping out and letting me get dressed, she repeatedly tried convincing me to continue and said she could "start using oils now," even after I told her multiple times I wanted to stop. When I went to the front to request a refund, she laughed as if the situation was a joke. Eventually she got the manager, who was much more professional, apologized, and refunded my money. Booked a couples massage here based on the high ratings--unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we've had. We were surprised since the business has higher ratings. I'm seven months pregnant and confirmed ahead of time (multiple times) that prenatal massage was offered. When we arrived, the therapist seemed surprised and said it would have to be "very light." What I received was not a massage--just oil being lightly spread with no technique and just very lightly rubbing my skin, no muscle work, and several areas skipped entirely. She lightly touched a small area of my skin at my upper back/shoulder, touched my neck once or twice. My arms, majority of my back and my legs were skipped. At one point the same spot on my foot was lightly touched for an extended period with no purpose. My husband's experience was just as disappointing. I looked over and saw his therapist sitting on her phone with her feet propped up on the massage table while he was lying face down. When she noticed me watching, she got up and resumed briefly. My husband later confirmed this happened multiple times. She also took a phone call during the session. Overall, this felt very unprofessional and not at all what was advertised. A complete waste of time and money. We try to be understanding, especially with potential language barriers, but this visit felt like a significant mismatch between what was advertised and what was delivered. I came here for a massage one evening and was grateful that they were able to fit me in right away. That day, my shoulders were really tight and I had a sore right toe from my shoes. I expressed that to the lady (don't know her name) but she was the lady who greeted me at the front desk. She was small, but strong and I liked the deep pressure. However, I would say my massage was mediocre at best. I had expressed to her my shoulders were tight and upper back had knots. Normally, other masseuses would try to work out the knots with their hands and elbows. She used her arms the whole entire time on my back, sweeping back and forth with her forearms. Although the pressure felt nice, she wasn't really working out any of my knots or pressure points at all. When I reminded her of my tight shoulders, she literally spent 2 minutes massaging them (1 minute each side) and that's it. I don't like massages where I feel like they're just doing large "sweeping motions" on my back because it doesn't really get into the sore areas or knots that need attention. The sweeping motions are just generalized pressure and don't do much for me. I did point out that my right toe was sore, so she spent a little more time on my right foot, which I appreciated, but overall, I didn't feel satisfied with my massage. I felt like I still needed another massage after my massage! I get massages regularly at different places, so I can recognize who's good or not. I didn't feel like this lady was good and I would likely not come back. I really wanted to like my massage but it under delivered. When I went to pay, I gave her $15 tip because my massage was $72 (still a decent tip) and she made a stank face the whole time seeing my tip. I honestly would have given her at least $20 which is well over 20% had my massage been better, but I didn't appreciate how her face looked displeased when I entered my tip. It's just rude and unprofessional. I don't like places that have an expectation of their tip. If you want a bigger tip, just focus on doing a good job and making the customer happy, then you'll get a good tip! I would say this was a 2-star massage. But since they fit me in last minute, and also spent time on my right foot, I gave them an extra star. read more
