I had a right knee replacement about 3 months ago. My body is out of whack. Maybe because from learning how to walk again. While my knee is ok, the right side of my body are sore from shoulder to toe. I had insomnia as the result of it. I returned to this massage place because every time I have serious issues of knots in my body, a therapist named Kim who is working here is able to fix them. Thus I only make appointments with her. She is the BEST. Hence, it took seversl times of sessions and mostly 90 minutes of sessions for 3 weeks as my issues are big but they were so worth it. I was able to sleep 5-6 hours after the first 2 sessions. After the last session I was able to sleep 8 hours! No more insomnia. My body was all sore, tight, and ache-y and Kim knew it. She asked when was the last time I had a massage? Lol. Well more than a year ago! She gave hard massages so beware of the pressure but I love this kind of massage since it will fix my body. I came out as a brand new person. This is the best massage you can get. I am also a 15-years customer of this place. I treated myself on my birthday to a massage and I'm so glad I chose this place! I called to make a reservation a few days before and they were able to get me in. I knew I had a lot of knots from my job and from sitting like a shrimp for the past few years when I was still in school. I went with the combination massage, which combines a traditional Thai and Swedish massage. Hana was SO good at working all my knots out. She asked me what areas I wanted to focus on so I told her my neck and shoulders. She definitely focused on those areas, but also took the time to look for knots elsewhere. They charge an extra $5 per person for using a credit card! My friend paid for both of us on her card thinking we'd save $5, but nope -- they still charged the fee for each person. As for the massage itself, the lady only focused on my shoulder and didn't stretch my upper body at all, which was the whole reason I chose the combo. I asked for her to do more twice, because it felt like she was just applying the oil and no pressure. No back massage just the shoulder. Booked the night before, so there's lots of openings (at least on weekdays) MASSEUSE: Got Diane and think she was really good (though wish she applied just a TAD more pressure in some spots - but sometimes I feel bad asking when they're a little older, so that's my fault). I have really tight shoulders/back from all the deskwork and exercising/not enough massages regularly, and she spent SO much time trying to get the knots out. VIBES: The place was one of the nicest (more authentic feeling) massage places I've seen outside of Asia; they REALLY put in thought to create the ambience and it smells so good! I don't understand all these great reviews. I gave this place three tries before writing a review. The first massage I got was with Key/Kay not entirely sure, and she had the worst attitude. Upon her arrival she threw her oil bottle on the massage bed aggressively. Then when I asked her for more pressure since she didn't check with me my preference, she gave me an attitude. It was a very unpleasant experience and I wanted to end the session early. After that I came back twice and all three times the massage was just not good. The last two ladies were very nice and sweet but the technique was so weird. One of the lady even told me she's not specialize in Swedish massage - but I booked a Swedish massage so why would I got assigned someone who was not specialized in the massage I requested? I wanted to like this place but it's not working out. I don't know about others who got the post massage refreshment but I was never offered. read more

The worst experience I have ever had...with no accountability from manager or owner!! I booked a body scrub here, the beginning was a massage, it was the worst massage I have ever had, then came the "scrub" the girl never scrubbed the front of my body, only the back, and I wouldn't even consider it a scrub, it was so beyond lackluster, the point of a scrub is to exfoliate, there was no exfoliation. She proceeded to use ice cold towels and water to get the scrub off and then threw the wet towel on the bed next to me so I essentially was laying on a wet sheet. When I asked for warm towels, the first towel was fine, the second towel was scalding HOT. She threw it on my lower back I jumped up and screamed it was so hot, I was on the verge of tears it was so painful. She literally burnt my back. I explained to the manager everything that happened and I still paid the $90. There was no apology given and i requested a call from the owner which I never received. I received a scrub here a year ago and it was great, that's why I came back. Outrageous that the owner has not taken accountability for this. Very disappointing!!!! read more

I've already raved about the establishment now I would like to rave about someone specific, DD. Because of some major injuries, I begin seeing DD regularly. I am not exaggerating when I say this woman has changed my life. I encourage you to find a masseuse with a style that you really enjoy and develop a relationship. DD is able to use her strong hands for a relief, firm and deep massage. Any athletes with any tightness I would highly recommend. She keeps a pulse on the pressure and is communicative if it seems like too much. I've had massages all over the world and this one I keep coming back to. I literally leave feeling like a King. I came in here with a weird chest tightness (not a heart attack lol I'm under 30). It was so tight I couldn't breathe properly and it hurt to sneeze. Apparently this was due to a terrible knot in my back and shoulder. After working on me for an hour, my assigned masseuse patted me on the back and I sat up able to breathe again. CRAZY. Truly there's something about middle aged Asian ladies finding all your knots that's healing. Afterwards they gave us this delicious and soothing longan tea. I went it cause my sciatica what inflamed like crazy and my over night shifts worked me good. Im a heavier set guy, but K or Kay really pushed me to my stretching limit and it felt great. I loved this place until the treatment I received in Sept 2024. My husband and I had massages in August, which we both enjoyed. We went back in Sept (different masseuses from August) for our anniversary and both of us had two-hour massages. My husband enjoyed his massage, and mine was okay. We tipped $20.00 to each masseuse and were called CHEAP by the masseuses. We didn't understand. When we went to the front, we saw a menu of preferred tips by services. The minimum we were to tip according to the menu for our service was $40.00 per masseuse. It's located in an unassuming strip mall and is quite plain from the outside , but when you enter you are enveloped in a richly decorated lobby area filled with pretty and ornate decor. They are great at listening to your needs , then customizing your massage. I wanted a deep tissue / Swedish massage . The therapist was thorough and really got to the core of my many knots. She kept checking if the pressure was too much at any point since it was deep tissue with a firm touch. It would have been nice to include a bottle of water after. That was the only thing missing.
