It's generously sized and enough for 3 meals. It looks nothing like a traditional omelette. It reads more like a breakfast casserole. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, veggies and cheese. It's comfort food on a plate. I am so sorry I didn't take a photo to share. I highly recommend this meal option! My dining companion ordered scrambled eggs, bacon and plain grits. My dining companion stated they were the best restaurant grits they'd ever eaten. The bacon was piled high on his plate! He took 1/2 this meal home. Mrs. Olean is behind the counter and just as personable as can be. She sets the tone for hospitality and it shows with her courteous staff. There was ample parking. The dining room is small, probably 10 tables in all. Most seem to be taking bags with their to go containers. Few people leave with one container.
