Nikki owns most of the Radiants in the Bay Area and this isn't the first time I've had a horrible experience with someone over the phone. One reservation was for someone who is on Yelp Elite, and the other person is heading back to the East Coast on Jan 2nd. Also, the refund of the two $25 deposits would take 5-7 business days. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company and got the money back immediately. Moral of the story is eventhough you schedule your appointment window, pay for the deposits and put in requests to take time off from work, you're still at the mercy of the business owner and when she decides to work.

Even after all that, we still decided to see if we could do another day. The lady messaged us back saying if she feels better, she will reach out to us to set another appointment. Well, we never heard back. This was something that we were both looking forward to and for whatever reason, other than what was communicated, we weren't able to enjoy our Christmas gifts.
