During the comb out she was using a teeny tiny comb which would be perfect for a balding man, no wide tooth comb in sight! She kept on sticking the blow dryer directly in my ear and cutting time it felt like she was slicing my ears off I've learned my lesson and will never ever go back there again! It's still relatively new so some things have not been set up at the time of this writing. For example, the main entrance is locked and there is no bell to ring. So, you need to call your stylist to come let you in. I'm sure that will be solved quickly. I can't review the stylists since we still use the same one we're always used, and don't know any of the others. However, the location is large, with many open rooms that I'm sure will fill quickly.
