I am a cosmetologist in Chicago and have grew up owning/running a beautiful, high end salon and spa with my mom. I was pleased to feel relaxed and be able to trust her with my brows within a few minutes of consulting with her. She numbed my eyebrows and we talked and she micro-bladed my brows for $550 and I tipped her $100. She told me if I refer anyone she would give me a $100 kickback, which I thought was awesome because I had a friend who I'd send her way. Excited about the referral program, since I also offer referral programs within my salon and that is the best way to build your business. I loved my brows the first apt she did, but like she states on her site and in person they are NOT complete until the touch up appointment that she includes in her fee of $550. I was looking forward to the touch up, since she told me after the first appointment they may fade a lot. They faded almost completely, which is fine because I knew I'd be back for the touch up since she includes that in her prices. Fast forward to several messages and texts, a phone call to try and book my touch up appointment... I also made a comment on her professional page because it was getting ridiculous 3 weeks and no response. She was even posting on her Instagram and Facebook about booking new clients and her work but no response to me. I sent my co-worker to her to get her brows, which she mentioned to Nicolette that I referred her and asked again about the referral bonus- nothing. I was never was able to make a touch up appointment, never was able to get the referral bonus and or get a response. It was going on 5 weeks and thinking I totally got scammed- I was not going to just give up because a) I am in the beauty business and I know professional clientele etiquette, it is not appropriate over a month for response to book an appointment and 2) if you say you're going to give a referral kickback you better stand by your word. I was super sad and disappointed. Especially since it was my birthday gift from my husband and just felt totally let down. Needless to say, I contacted my bank and credit card to explain the story, prove the non-responsive texts and everything-basically say that I paid for TWO services at the time of booking- but received one and was scammed. Super bummed. Thankfully, I was refunded some money back and although I feel completely scammed by someone who seemed so kind and friendly (when she was getting paid by me) but then when the "free" Touchup was supposed to happen she disappeared.. She claims to be a professional, but not responding for weeks and being a woman of integrity and your word is not. I'm also bummed I never was able to get my brows finished and now paying double to get them completed by another artist. I have never in my life made a claim against someone through my bank or had paid for a service and been scammed like this. Hopefully she learns... I went to write a review on her Facebook page and noticed she removed all reviews off of her Facebook- go figure.

First of all, Victoria's personality is sweet, polite and very likable. She was not pushy and made it fun/relaxing. She was very accommodating with her responses, flexibility on where/when to meet and she arrived promptly to my apartment in Lakeview/Roscoe Village area. She declined help carrying all of her makeup cases up many flights of stairs. Victoria's creativity is very impressive. She is a genuine artist that is knowledgeable on makeup application. She can give a natural yet glamorous look that makes you feel instantly more confident in your own skin. (Isn't that what all of us would like to feel in a photo shoot or on our special day?!?) She knows what photos well. She has many different options and mixes colors/makeup to give the most flattering options to the individual based on their coloring and/or outfit. Fallon did the makeup for our entire bridal party this past weekend (5 bridesmaids, the mothers of…read morethe bride and groom and the bride) we ranged in age from early teens to 70+ and we all looked fabulous. We looked glamorous without looking over-done. I have never received more compliments on my make up in my life. Prior to arrival, she coordinated her services with the hairstylist and set up a schedule with our assigned times. She brought all of the necessary tools and products and was incredibly professional throughout the entire day. Some of us selected traditional makeup application and some selected airbrush makeup, but we all looked gorgeous when she was finished. Now, the makeup held up remarkably well. I was one of the first to get makeup applied (before noon), and before the night was over (well past midnight), I ate two meals, snacked, drank, took indoor photos took outdoor photos and danced (and sweat) for hours. I didn't have a chance to glance in a mirror the entire evening, and when I got home, I assumed that my makeup would be a melted mess, but it wasn't! My eyes still looked perfect - no creasing on my upper lids and the lash application had no lifting at the edges. The lips lost only a little color in the very center from all the eating and drinking. Blush looked fresh. The only part of the makeup that started to crease was my under eye area, but even that was minor. I was amazed. Thank you, Fallon!
