I should've learned my lesson from the first time I was there!! My stylists name is Karen and she's a nice lady . But she doesn't know what she's doing!! Admittedly she did a great job with my super blonde highlights but I was very disappointed with the fact of her refusal of getting lowlights as well!! I desperately needed to tone down all the copper, orange to go away. She just didn't seem confident enough to handle it. She cut the back crooked and I brought a picture of the style I wanted and couldn't even get that!! During the comb out she was using a teeny tiny comb which would be perfect for a balding man, no wide tooth comb in sight! She kept on sticking the blow dryer directly in my ear and cutting time it felt like she was slicing my ears off I've learned my lesson and will never ever go back there again! She didn't even know what a toner was, now that's sad. read more

Phenomenal salon with stylists to match. Gino does my hair (has been for 10+ years). Maria had also done my hair before when he was out, and I was so happy with how it turned out as well! Chrissy often Dutch braids my hair for me and I always get so many compliments. Recently, Renee waxed my eyebrows and they look perfect! I believe it's a full service salon (nails, spray tan, eyelashes) and I would honestly trust any of the professionals that work there to take care of any of it. LOVE THIS PLACE! based on 1 visit. I do plan on making this my salon. After having 2 extremely bad haircuts at another salon I decided 2 come here based on "Curly hair" reviews. My appt was w/Krystal. Upon meeting Krystal she was welcoming. Sweet. Ez 2 talk 2. I gave Krystal little detail on the previous bad cuts. Once Krystal looked at my hair she was able to see the further damage I already knew existed w/out me having 2tell her. She understood my hair! The rules 2 curly hair! The what not2do when it comes 2 curly hair!! Krystal was blunt and honest and told me that she can correct the bad cut as much as possible, but that it would not be enough to bring my curls back to life. (I already knew I would have to shave my head bald or go for a pixie cut to correct the back to back previous bad cuts). And though Krystal was right she somehow managed to make my hair look at least 75% better given with what she had to work with. I'll take it!! I'll take any better percentage! & that was a lot more than I was expecting given the birds nest that was on-top of my head! I will admit.. I typically like to got to hair stylist that have similar hair as mine. I am ethnic, PuertoRican with super thick & curly hair. So when I saw Krystal I thought oh man please not another F*** Up cut??? & boy oh boy was I wrong 2 judge a book by its cover. (Sorry). Krystal knows the science behind hair. Especially my type of hair. I opted for the Ouidad cut. & I loved it!! I will follow up with my haircuts every couple months with Krystal until she takes down my nest. This is by far the best salon I've ever been to. I've brought my mom in, my best friend, and I've referred so many people to go here. Krystel is by far the sweetest and most down to earth person ever! Every time I come in there, she always makes me feel comfortable and she knows how to make me leave feeling gorgeous and in love with my hair! She even helps me decide on what color/style works for me so that I'll leave happy know it's the best look for me! She also does AMAZING pedicures. I don't go anywhere else for one. She uses all new tools every single time. She never reused any of the tools, EVER! Once she's done with them, she'll throw them out or offer the customer to take it home so they can use it at home. So clean and sanitary there! My polish lasts easily 3-4 weeks without even STARTING to chip, just nail growth! read more

Went in asking for a trim and the person that cut it did the exact opposite of what I requested. Just a word of advice to people that cut hair coming from a person that sits in the chair. If it's not short enough for the customer, you can always cut it shorter. Also listen to what the client asks for and don't just do what you think is best. Ok done venting. I am not going to give this place a 1 simply because the hair was great. but the makeup was unsatisfactory to say the least, and I would have done a much better job if I just did it myself at home. I asked her at least 4 times to fix my eyeliner and she basically told me she couldn't. definitely not worth $60. Krystel did a great job with asking questions on exactly what I wanted to do with my haircut and made sure to confirm that I was okay before she started cutting.
