I appreciated that Greg was very responsive and kept all of his commitments on scope of work, timing, and price. Had a great experience with Greg. He came out and inspected my gutters and downspouts, then came back to clean them all and patch one up (both times he showed up on time, which is rare these days!). He made me feel prepared going into the rainy season, and noted some areas to consider replacing in a year or two. Everything is flowing nicely and staying dry where it should. We used to have a huge problem with pigeons when it comes to keeping our gutters unclogged and keeping the solars clean. Since then, no issues. He did the work in a timely manner and it looks great. Greg was amazing to work with. He was very responsive on iMessages and was very punctual in arriving for the giving the work estimate (estimates are free of charge). In all, we needed our gutters and roof tiles cleaned as well as fixed in some places. Greg gave us a very reasonable cost estimate and shortly we decided on a date and time for the cleaning. Greg didn't disappoint and once again showed up on exactly the agreed upon time. He was up on our roof cleaning for ~4 hours, and I must say, he did a very thorough job. He had to remove tiles near a wall flashing point to extract the gunk from underneath the tiles. He took before/after pictures of the roof and gutters and shared them with me, cleaned out the downspouts, and ran water through the entire system to check for proper drainage. He also went around the house and blew away all the debris that fell off with a leaf blower. Very professional and clean cut work. Greg pointed out a couple of tiles that needed replacement, and also went out of the way to reach out to a former customer to get the contact of a handyman that could help me with this, and shared that with me.
