I called Greg (Action Pressure Washing) for a quote to pressure wash a small concrete patio. He gave me a fair and reasonable quote. I thanked him for his quick call back but that I would try doing the job myself. So what did he say??? Unsolicited, he asked me several questions about the problems I would be trying to clean and gave me his professional opinion on how best to get the job done- he told me what I planned to use would not work but readily available cleaning products would, he advised me to protect my clothing from stain and even told me how I could avoid tracking into my home!!! I didn't hire him for this job but I most certainly will when I'm ready to have all of my concrete pressure washed. Two times they have washed our property and both times they arrived on time and ready to get the job done right. Taking care to minimize unwanted damage from the process and even minimize noise in certain areas for pets or home work meetings. So, I hired this Task Rabbit. He seemed really nice. And he did a great job hanging some curtains for me, So, I hired him to help me put a lattice privacy fence on my gorgeous, tiled patio. I definitely grew concerned when my continued questions as to why they were not laying down plastic on my patio tile were diminished to "worry"--but I tried to trust. Well...fast forward, I landed myself two large patches of RED water based painted sprayed into my gorgeous stone tiles. Sprayed, seeped in, baked in the sun paint. I called Action Pressure Washing. Greg had me send pictures to see if he thought he should even make the trip---it sounded THAT bad. Greg and his partner came over and once again, it looked bleak. The consensus was I would most likely need to retile. But, then Greg tried a few things---magic techniques. And lo and behold! That paint started to lift. The crew continued to run this technique for about 3-4 hours...and when they were done, viola!!! The paint was gone! These guys were clean---I mean SUPER clean. They even hosed down all of my patio furniture for me without even asking me. Just value add after value add with these guys. Nice, uber pros, and easy to work with. Definitely HIRE THEM if you need a great power washer! They were so good, my neighbors hired them on the spot to do their patio too! Love them. read more

I hired Greg and his team to clean the brick walkways around my home, in addition to the back patio hardscape.... we bought this home in Moraga a year ago and the previous owner had let moss and dirt build up for 25+ years. We hired Action Pressure Washing last October to clean the overhangs over our two new patios. Because the pavers were just installed, Gregg checked with our contractor to determine when the contractor recommended it would be safe to pressure wash the overhangs. This is something none of the contractors did. Gregg said the most important thing was not to harm the pavers and give us sparkling clean overhangs. He did both! I've owned my home for 16 years and I'm not sure how long the deck was here before I bought it. My husband has done the stripping and staining for years but we decided it was looking pretty bad and needed professional work. Owner Greg and his guys stripped, set nails, sanded, and stained it. They even rebuilt a step that had rotted. The deck looks great!. Every day Greg touched base with me to let me know what they had done and when they would be back to finish the job. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. They arrived on time, got right to work and did an unbelieveable job. Even better than I could have imagined, and I'm pretty fussy. They powerwashed my driveway, sidewalk and entry area to my home. They also did my backyard walkway, patio and white portico, which has not been "white" for some time, especially after the winter we just had.
