I initially reached out to her because I saw found her account online, and I was in love with her work. She seemed so attentive and precise, and I knew I could trust her. She listened to all my specific requests, such as a straight-shape with minimal arch. She took her time carefully drawing and shaping out my eyebrows before I was completely happy with them. The first session was just so amazing. I felt so comfortable. She listened to all my requests/concerns and responded accordingly. She really took her time, and I stayed way over my appointment time. She works very hard at what she does and makes sure she does her best work. I had no regrets, and I was soooo happy with my eyebrows! I actually mentioned that I go to the gym actively, and she mentioned her concern for getting sweat on the eyebrows. I was very careful about keeping them dry and made sure to follow all the after-care instructions. They healed beautifully! The touch-up appointment was an equally pleasant experience. It was great seeing Jenny again. She did have to skip a small spot because there was a small pimple, so it looked a little patchy. She told me I could return later and she could fill them in real quick, no charge. She's just THAT amazing. There's not a lot of beauty professionals who will go out of their way and extend that sort of service to you. Like I said, Jenny loves and exceeds at what she does. Prior to my appointment, we connected via email - sent her a deposit along with pictures of what I wanted for my engagement photos. Time flew by - my hair was styled to the side, with curls, volume and a birdcage veil. Everything was done in 30 minutes. My styled held up the whole day and night. :) The cost is beyond reasonable and received excellent service. She works at the back of a salon in her private room. I can't wait to see her again! A little history on my eyebrows: Like most Asians, I have very light and sparse eyebrows. Before I met Kim, I had my eyebrows previously microbladed by 2 other artists. First artist was here in Vegas and let's just say I wasn't too happy with the end result. So I walked around with eyebrows I didn't like for a year until I found another artist who was located in Cali. She did great work but because she was a bit of a drive, I was looking for someone closer when it came time for my annual touch up. Enter Kim! I loved how she posts her "before, after, and healed" because that's the most important to me! Sure brows look nice right after the procedure but it's important to see what the healed results look like. Kim is a joy to work with. She'll ask you specific questions to get an idea what you're looking for and will draw the brows with pen and show you what it'll look like before microblading it. She has great personality and makes the appointment chill and fun. She takes her time with your brows and always makes sure you're comfortable during the whole time. So for those trying to decide which artist to go with, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIM! You seriously won't regret it!
