Had the opportunity to attend one of their open houses recently with a friend and being a novice on the aescethics thing I was a bit apprehensive about the whole deal. I am glad I went. The whole staff was extremely professional and were eager to share the latest and greatest in spa techniques, everything from dermal fillers to tattoo removal. After the open house, I decided to make a move and get rid of a bad decision I made about 18 years ago( not one of my finer moments) and get rid of my tattoo. Robin used the laser on my ink of my leg and after one treatment the tint of the color lightened considerably. I probably need a couple more treatments and it will be gone for good. Yet another was bothering me. I have always had dark circles under my eyes that make me appear that I haven't slept in days. I tried a myriad of things to make them look better but no solution. Pam at Flawless told me about Juvaderm which is essentially a filler that fills lines and wrinkles which makes the skin softer in the vicinity and eliminates the dark circles. Pam was a master at her craft and overall it was a pleasant experience that I would highly recommend because the results were fantastic. Prices are good but with membership options it considerably less expensive. I still think the service there takes the cake. read more

I'm not going to lie...I was a little skeptical about 1) starting laser hair removal 2) going to a medispa. I had read horror stories of medispas not using a strong enough laser and not having certified technicians performing the treatments. Although flawless had great reviews, I wanted to do research of my own. I asked Michelle at the front desk about 372949 questions lol and I learned that the laser they use is indeed strong enough for permanent laser hair removal and it is the leading laser on the market (confirmed by google lol). I also learned that all the technicians are nurses AND each patient has to be approved by an MD (Dr. Loutfy) prior to starting treatment. I decided to sign up and start treatments and everyone there is very knowledgable and professional and patient! It's a very clean facility and they are always on time. Flawless Skin Spa is the BEST skin spa in the Southwest! I went to Flawless Skin Spa for Botox. I am 41 years old and wanted to improve the youthful look of my skin. I researched the process beforehand and after careful consideration, decided to set up an appointment. Everyone who works at Flawless is so nice and professional. The Spa is very elegant and exceptionally clean. I love the artwork in the waiting area and their cute little greeting dog named Cosmo. I am a wheelchair user and was impressed with how accessible Flawless Skin Spa is to everyone. When filling out the intake paperwork. I was relieved by how they got a thorough, yet not a time consuming medical history from me. I do have medical issues and was wondering if Botox was right for me. Darlene, my nurse, answered all of my questions and was very clear about what to expect during, right after and the duration of receiving Botox. She put my mind at ease and I could tell all of the staff had received extensive training to work at Flawless. The process of getting Botox was exactly as it was explained to me and it was a very good experience. The whole process was quick and I went on with the rest of my day as expected. I got some of the skin products recommended by Flawless and used by clients after getting Botox. It was formulated for my skin type. The products are the best I have ever used on my face. This was a bonus for me because it is hard to find products that work well for my skin type. I LOVE the results. I feel beautiful and so grateful to Flawless. They do amazing work. I am terrible with names but the receptionist and nurse were absolutely fabulous. Owner took initiative when we arrived and insured we were taken care of. The nurse went over everything very thoroughly and went above and beyond to insure all questions were answered.
