Then, I saw a nice and hardworking lady carrying a tablet and going to ASI the cars in line. It felt like the SAME organization system used at IN 'N OUT BURGER! That was pretty cool!!! It made the line go a bit faster. We waited for about 20 minutes... VALUE: It's pretty pricey $16 for a base wash. But, I like the machine and it really CLEANS well in my opinion for a small SUV. There were plenty of spots, but it can get busy so you may have to wait a few minutes during busy hours. I recommend bringing your own microfiber towel to clean the outside of your car, which will make the job much easier. I would come here for a wash again if I am in the area.

The person working the front desk seemed like she was absolutely miserable and did not want to be working. Asked her for cash back so I can leave a tip for the workers washing the cars which I always do. After paying I noticed she didn't charge me for the cash back and when i asked why she didn't charge it she blamed it on me and said "you never confirmed you wanted it." When I specifically told her "that's fine, go ahead and charge it" She then proceeds to give the following customers in line major attitude. If you are working a customer service job but hate the job itself you should seriously find other employment. Don't make supporting customers pay for you being miserable. First time seeing this cashier here so maybe she's new? Regardless this is a decent spot to get your car washed they do really good jobs on leather treatments and they are fast all around.

What I really like is that you have an option choice so you don't have to get everything offered, i.e. water, soap, wax. The water pressure hose was so strong it almost knocked me down! For $3 (4 1/2 minutes), all dirt was completely gone. I then used my own chamois to wipe it down and my mini vac when I got home. Compared to reviews of other places, this one was clean and easy to navigate!

The employees here are friendly and the wash provide a great value. After weeks of hearing nothing, I called the corporate office myself, only to be told they never received the manager's written report. So I had to resubmit everything AGAIN -- photos, forms, and details. The general manager later called me and asked me to go to the dealership first to see whether the repair could be covered under warranty. He also mentioned they could maybe provide one month of free car wash service, but offered no actual solution or compensation at that time. What frustrated me even more was that he partly blamed me, saying the damage happened because I did not use the tape their employee offered to secure the wiper. A customer should not be responsible for preventing damage caused by the car wash equipment. I followed his instructions, went to the dealership, and confirmed the repair is NOT covered under warranty and must be paid out of pocket. I obtained the repair quote and sent it to corporate again. I also called multiple times and left messages for the general manager asking for a callback. It has now been TWO MONTHS with no resolution, no follow-up, and no returned phone calls. Very disappointing customer service and claim handling. I will continue contacting corporate until this issue is properly addressed.

There is also an ATM to withdraw money from right inside next to the cashier. The price was pretty reasonable, being something like $30 for the highest package. The results of the car wash was pretty decent. I was in and out within 30 minutes! They were fast! I was used to a 45 minute minimum at my usual location.

How do I know this you might ask? Well my passenger door is shiny af, the driver door is as matte as those setting powders advertise. At this point I'm like whatever, let it slide. I get home & I get off my car I notice water streaks from my door handles down each door. WTF? So disappointed. Safe to say I will not be returning. For $35 + tip I rather drive down to Montebello on Beverly & Poplar where they truly excel at washing cars. *Also, I have all weather mats & they didn't even wipe them down, left them dusty on vacuumed.
