I hired flawless remodeling service to repair some drywall from a plumbing and electrical repair in my garage. Augustin came out and gave me a very quick and affordable quote. They came out a few days later and hung, mudded, textured and sanded the drywall in a few hours, they also added an access panel to replace my hose bib if need be in the future, all while being sure the leave the area cleaner than before starting the work. 2 days later Augustin came out and painted the wall. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Flawless Remodeling Services for bathroom remodel and wood floor refinishing. Communication was often difficult. Towards the end of the project we explicitly asked for follow up on completion time and to be updated at the end of each day, only to still have to check in with them multiple times. Their tile work, where it meets the drywall, dry wall repair, and paint all need to be partially redone or fixed. And the wood floor polyurethane inconsistency will just have to hopefully fade over time. Upon completion of the project we were so upset, I just wanted them out of my house - let alone have them fix something they didn't do well the first time. Add that on to the fact the project took a week longer than scheduled. read more

Our sidewalk was uprooted by the trees and needed to be redone per the HOA's guidelines. And the city did not make it easy either! I had several contractors come out to bid and almost all of them told me the homeowner had to get the permits and such. I met with Agustin and he reassured me that he does all of that which was part of his bid and the city replies to him faster than the homeowner. And I already knew he was right b/c we have had issues with response time. Anyway, Agustin worked on the permits and provided all the paperwork needed to get the job done. Agustin responded to my inquiry to stain and seal my concrete steps in a timely manner and came out to give a bid. He was a friendly guy and seemed up to the job. He said it would take a few days to give a bid but after nearly a week I didn't hear anything. After emailing him he sent me a bid for a retaining wall, which was something we didn't talk about. I wasn't sure why this was sent. I let him know but he didn't respond for another few days. After that he resent the wrong estimate again, which was frustrating. A really strange experience with this contractor. They came and looked at the project (full driveway and sidewalk replacement) and were reasonable and responsive. Then they just stopped responding. We also needed some help with putting in window wells on the side of our house and replacing a dryer vent. I contacted FRS and Agustin responded right away to set up a time to come see the work needed. He got us reasonable estimates quickly, and we were able to get the repairs scheduled the day after the plumbing wrapped up! The crew that came out was great -- really friendly and hardworking! They even fixed our storm door so it would latch properly while they were out here. They got everything fixed quickly, but without cutting any corners.
