Experience started out good. Good pricing. Had to re-neg on the pricing b/c of credit score. OK, admittedly not his fault. Well, anyway, I called the dealership he was working with b/c after every chance, the new price was still high. After 5 minutes, they already gave me lower price than Armin (the only guy at the "Group") could. Then...want to know the kicker? They told me THE CAR HE WANTED A DEPOSIT ON WAS SOLD LAST WEEK (As of yesterday, he was telling me I could take delivery today.) Funny thing is how he texts me and tells me to "go fuck yourself moron" and that "I have no life and am wasting people's time." Guy tried selling me a car that he didn't even have access to. They said the prices on the website haven't been updated lately and were not able to come anywhere close the the price on the website. The Cap Cost they quoted me was much more than what I can get at a local dealership. I don't see how they are auto brokers and are able to get a lower price. He said I was getting a 3000 rebate, but I never saw how it was calculated into the Cap Cost. Don't waste your time with they guys. read more

Flawless has been such an amazing group to get a car from. I have to say that I have had a heck of a time with getting a car and they have been truly awesome with me and my needs. I was quoted a price, which actually came out LESS than what we had thought (less is ALWAYS GOOD) and the treatment I got (specifically Taylor) was beyond what my expectations were. My friend was quoted one thing for a lease over the phone and then later found out it was "sold" or was different. There is no MAGIC behind leasing. Its very simple. Your monthly lease is based on the price of the car, the residual value of the vehicle, and the money factor and interest rate. We just got a $39,000 MSRP vehicle from the Mercedes Dealership in Glendale. Knocked them down to $32,400 with $2500 drive off (tax license 1st mo payment) at $399 a month. Basically a fully loaded car. Not the BS we got of a C350 for $379 a month $2000 total that was quoted. In order to lower your monthly it comes from two factors 1) they lower the price of the car 2) they increase your down payment. There is no magic. Navigation, Bluetooth, Multi- Media package, Premium Sound. Great experience at CalStar Mercedes Benz. Granted at first they wanted the car for $36,800, but you gotta negotiate. If you start off talking lease and monthly payments you are bound to be screwed. Talk MSRP first and what you will pay for the car cash. After writing my review I got a nice compliment "jeff you are lo life true moron who has nothing better to do with his life than write stupid comments on peoples profile!!! get a life " I have better things to do for sure. Wow....I was really surprised when I saw the negative reviews for Flawless Auto Group. Maybe I'm a ding dong, but I've been buying my own cars since I was 16 and I'm now, well, let's just say I'm not 16 anymore.... I just got a car from them and had NONE of the problems either of these guys had. Not sure what changed, but I can tell you that the experience I had was seamless. Everything they quoted me was right on and it was definitely better than the deal that was quoted to me from the dealership AND I didn't have to negotiate and go back and forth with them blowing smoking up my waziddle. The only hitch I experienced was that I had to wait longer than I expected for the car. And when I say "wait", I'm talking I had to wait an hour or so more than I wanted to. Boo hoo for me. But in the end, I got EXACTLY what I wanted, a 2012 black on black Cadillac CTS Coupe with everything I wanted on it. Not to mention, from the time I contacted them to the time they found my car and delivered it was only about 24 hours. Frankly, I don't think you can ask for much more than that. Well I clearly don't understand how someone can write negative reviews. I didn't have a car for about a week because every dealership or leasing broker I went to gave me bad deals or told me there is no way for me to get the car I desired. I was about to loose my hope of leasing a new car, till I decided to try to lease a car with Flawless Auto Group. I went in and felt a positive environment all around. After talking to the manager and describing him my situation and the cars I was interested in, he told me that it might not be easy, but he will get it done. So after a couple of days I pulled out of their parking lot with a brand new CTS. I will definitely lease any other car in the future from them. So don't loose your hope of leasing a new car and try flawless auto!!! read more

I was told about Flawless Auto Group by a friend of mine and I have to say that it was best thing that could of ever happen. From the moment that I contacted them the procedure was just like their name "FLAWLESS". They were quick with responses, very informative, and made the leasing experiencing quick and easy which is exactly what I was looking for. From start to finish they were amazing to work with even hand delivering my car to my house. DO NOT GET ANY CARS FROM THIS PLACE!.. this is why.. I leased a car from Flawless Auto Group's Arman Mkrtchyan in 2011. I called him in the beginning of this year and asked him if he could possibly find a buyer for the car I was leasing. Two weeks later he called me back and said he had someone who wanted my car. I brought the car to his office and he said that he would take care of the rest--meaning paperwork and taking me off the lease as he verbally promised... So I left the car with him and was waiting for the paperwork to be signed... After I kept asking when it will be done, he said it will take some more time... Month after month passed and I started getting parking tickets from Beverly Hills parking enforcement. The car was still in my name--I called BMW Financial to find out. So what happened is that Arman gave the car to someone else and basically the car was still in my name. Arman (the owner of Flawless Auto Group) had never taken me off the lease and I was still responsible for the car. 5 months later this person returned the car back to Arman M. to the owner of the flawless auto group, and I wanted it back--but he said that he found another buyer... While Arman had the car, he was not making any payments--I later found out by the phone calls I was getting from BMW Financial that I am 3 months behind on lease payments and that BMW is reporting that to the Credit Bureaus. I called him right away to let him know and he said he will going to make the payments the next day, but he never did. I was calling and texting him daily so I could get my car back. At that point he was hiding--not responding to my calls or text messages. He disappeared and his office was closed. After a little bit of research I found out where he lives I went there to confront him and ask for my car. I had Police officers there to back me up and talk to him. They forced him to give me my car. Initially, Arman didn't want to give me the keys, but the Police officer warned him if he didn't return the keys he would be arrested for committing a crime. That made him give the key back right away. I HAVE ALL PAPERWORK AND ALL DOCUMENTS WITH MY ATTORNEY. He still owes BMW for the 3 months of lease payments while he had the car. He was using the car and he broke the steering wheel / right front wheel on purpose, scratched my car and ruined my credit! I have already filed a complaint to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) against him and his business. Whatever he did to my car was illegal and he is responsible for the damage. And not returning my car when I asked him to... The reason I was able to get my car back is because I found out where he lives and I was able to go and get it back with the Police's help. Otherwise I would still be looking for him... The all promised deal with Arman signing me off selling my car was a bluff... Thought flawless auto group was flawless... WHOEVER YOU ARE OUT THERE AND THINKING OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK STAY AWAY!! SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HEADACHES AND GO TO A REAL DEALER AND SPEAK WITH A REAL PERSON!
