One guy was nice but completely scratched my toilet with his rooter? or whatever it's called AND THEN IT GOT STUCK IN THERE and he had to come back the next day to get it out as it was about 10pm. No, we did not get compensated for having to pee in the tub or use the cafe next door. This time this big unfriendly guy shows up. I'm alone and my husband is at work. He just didn't want to do a big job, or as one of the ladies on the phone at RR said, maybe he didn't know how to do this type of job. I told him I'd tip him in cash, he said he didn't want to be here all day. Quoted me $1,100 or $1,200 and I said fine. He was trying to get out of it so bad. He was so rude and had such a bad attitude that I asked him to leave. DO NOT USE THEM. It's always sketchy. I don't know why I fell for their Google ad again.
