Can't get them to answer a phone or return a call.. pre purchased 3 sessions and can't seem to book anything..

I purchased a years worth of treatments on a large area. My hair started to go away and I thought it was working. Turns out this is TEMPORARY! What they are selling as laser hair removal is actually IPL. This is SEMI-PERMANENT!!Yes, it thins the hair and makes it go away for a longer time but it is not the same as permanent laser hair removal. Some people might not mind this but I was pretty mad that I threw money away thinking it was permanent. Also, the place itself isn't clean and nice. Bought a Groupon and drove 35 minutes out of my way to be told that they don't provide the service and that they would have to reschedule me for someone to come in who did provide the service. It would be cool if when I booked, their website was more organized and would've saved me a lot more time. (over an hour drive round trip) The lady at the front desk was not very accommodating or kind. The place was overall dirty and smelled like stinky feet, I would definitely not recommend this place. read more

I bought a laser hair removal package for my lower abdomen and I deeply regret it. I went to the office today and waited outside for 15 minutes after knocking madly every minute because the staff couldn't hear me over the cackling and screaming they were doing inside. Then once I got inside they said they never got my reservation (I showed them an email reminder I got from them confirming my appointment). Then during the procedure the tech kept lasering even though I told her I was in a lot of pain. By the time I got home I lifted up my shirt to see that my skin had peeled off! I'm so mad that I didn't just jump up and leave right then. My lesson has been learned the hard way and my money is down the toilet. read more

This business hired me to be there front desk person / laser technician. I went in for my first training day. The training was not in depth and I felt as if the girl training me didn't have the correct answers to my questions. The place was dirty, smelly, and even worse, lasers were wrapped in DUCT TAPE. Anyone that knows anything about lasers, these devices can severely damage and harm people's skin if not done correctly. I left my first day feeling iffy about going back and if I did, I felt I needed to get my personal insurance asap to cover myself in case something were to happen. Which I feel no employee should feel uncomfortable providing a service to someone else. Overall I decided to finish my training and see how I felt after. I texted the manager that hired me twice, no response to either messages. I was supposed to get paid minimum wage for my first full training day. I never got paid. This company is unprofessional and very sketchy. I now work at a high end med spa and finally decided to make this review. People need to be aware about companies like this one. read more

Don't waste your money! I bought a 12 month package for 2 areas. The first 11 months that I went, the technician only swiped the laser tip over my skin once or twice, most of the time not even making direct contact with my skin. I asked if the machine was supposed to contact my skin and was told something different each time by all of the different girls. On the 12th treatment, the technician went over my area multiple times making full contact with my skin. I said, "Wow! You were really thourough!" She said, "We are supposed to go over the area multiple times!" I told her no other tech ever did that and had not even come in contact with my skin and she told me that was not the proper technique and she was really sorry! So after wasting a full year of going here, I still have ZERO results of hair removal. I also have been to several laser hair removal/aesthetic salons and none of them had a tip jar! Super tacky that this place had a tip jar for aesthetic treatments. read more

I've been going to Painless Laser for a while now and almost stopped because I wasn't seeing results. Then, one of the girls that worked here did an excellent job, and I started seeing improvements, so I purchased another package and requested only her for my treatments. However, my request was ignored and I've often been scheduled with different technicians. Today, I called to switch to a smaller area with my package, but was told I couldn't without switching the entire package to that area. The girl on the phone was loud and rude, and said she would just cancel my appointment when I asked to speak to the manager. To make matters worse, I just found out today that the one staff member who actually got me results is no longer with them. This place has gone downhill in terms of professionalism. If the right person isn't doing your laser, results are nonexistent. I'm very disappointed with my recent experiences. I don't know if management has changed, but this place isn't what it used to be. I have referred so many people to this location but I will not refer anyone else. read more

I had just recently moved from California to Arizona and was in search of a new Laser Hair Removal spot. I ended up looking on Groupon and found Painless Laser Solutions providing a deal for 8 sessions of Brazilian Wax at an incredible price so I decided to give it a try. When I got to the location I was informed of the other deals they were offering and ended up adding on 6 sessions of full face and underarms because the deal was just that good. This location is incredibly clean and the staff is absolutely awesome. They go over the procedure at the start and provide you with the flyer of the do's and don'ts. The actual removal itself is pretty painless with noticeable results after just the first session. I love the fact that they engage in small talk so the process is not awkward and they constantly ask you if you're doing ok during the laser hair removal process. After such great results after finishing my 6 sessions for my underarms and full face, I'm going to continue with my laser removal sessions for full legs and arms. I first found their deal on Groupon at a phenomenal discounted price. I decided to first start with my lower legs to see how well this "painless" machine actually worked. I have had laser hair removal in the past with an awful machine which felt like little rubber bands hitting over and over, and I was never able to finish my treatments due to the pain. But, this place and machine, changed my views on laser hair removal! It truly doesn't hurt at all and is so quick. I saw results after the first session, as small patches on my legs would not grow back. I'm due to go get my third session and I only have to shave my legs right now about once a week and even then, I don't have full hair growth back! Perfect or Arizona where we show off our legs most of the time :). The staff is super sweet and knowledgable. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Just enough small talk to not feel awkward. The office is well decorated and a cozy environment. They are professional and comply with masks and hand washing during these weird COVID times. I recently just purchased the brazilian package and am excited to get those results as well. (Will update review in a few months). The only negative I could give is that I wish there was an office in the west valley. It takes me about 45 mins to get to them right now, but with how my results are going, it is worth it. read more

I have done lots of hair removal. So when I went in there were no surprises. They were friendly and helpful and asked good questions to provide good service. A couple things to know if you've never done hair removal before: A) no waxing or tweezing (any hair removal except shaving) for several weeks before treatment or in between treatments. You want the hair to be there so the laser can zap it. B) shave the area right before you go, long hair sizzle and hurt a bit C) no tanning or fake tanning for a couple weeks before treatment or in between treatments D) no lotions, creams, or makeup on during treatment E) it's totally worth it read more

UNORGANIZED , UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DISRESPECTFUL! TOO MANY UNEXPERIENCED LASER TECHNICIANS AND UNORGANIZED FRONT STAFF! Completely disappointed and DISRESPECTED from management and the front staff workers. IF YOU SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR A TECHNICIAN THEY WONT FOLLOW UP WITH ANY AGREEMENT(S)! Too many new technicians are working at this location, one girl made my brazilian session super uncomfortable by over explaining her anxiety towards working with PEOPLE and the other one had me in full tears from PAIN! Both incidents I REPORTED with the front staff, and proceeded to request the most experienced/comfortable tech for each and every appointment. For both incidents no one apologized. Communication is TERRIBLE !!! THEY KEPT SENDING NEW GIRLS TO EXPERIMENT ON ME! With that stated in my personal notes I have had complete disrespect from the staff unfollowing MY comfortability! I was going to Simplicity but PSL has better prices, use a better laser, they don't require you to sign up for a ridiculous membership to get the treatments you'll need to get the result most people are looking for, AND their employees aren't constantly trying to upscale you.
