This review is strictly about the new waiting room chairs. I come here every month for laser treatment and the service itself is AMAZING seriously 10/10, no complaints there at all. But the new chairs?? Why do they feel like they were designed by someone who hates backs, legs, and comfort in general They're stiff, awkward, bring back the old chairs... my spine is begging you. I rather sit at the DMV for 20 minutes than sit on these chairs for 5 minutes. All jokes aside, the treatments here are so good that I'll keep coming back. Recently found flawless and I love it! The girls at the front desk are so sweet, over the phone and in person. All the nurses are wonderful as well. I do touch ups so I'm not there as frequently as a new comer would be so I haven't been looking into finding 1 nurse to keep doing my touch ups with. On that note, meeting a new nurse every time could be scary, but all these women know what they're doing, take great care of me and have wonderful customer service. Staff in the front office were great and helpful. My nurse took me to the room where she was able to conduct my consultation in a private setting. She answered all my questions and concerns I had. She was very knowledgeable in her profession and not once did I feel like she was making things up. I ended up paying for a package deal (Full back) and had my first session. Of course, it's too early to tell the outcome or see results but I'm sure things will work out for the best. My nurse is nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. I PLEAD anyone looking into this business to save yourself a lot of grief, time, and money. To preface, I have been getting injectables for over 4 years. I don't have a medical aesthetics license but I do know enough from asking tons of questions and researching endlessly. ANYWAYS - my experience! I try my best to refrain from leaving negative reviews but alas, here we are. I came to this medspa in February of 2023 to add some lip filler. My lips had already been built up beautifully by my trusted injector in Chicago over the span of 3 years and 4 syringes. I loved my lips. They were my favorite feature in my face. My first red flag was signing a consent form in case anything goes wrong. Lol. I have been getting injections for a long time and understand that the process takes a while. It took the injector less than 1 minute to fill my lips. I was immediately horrified and knew they were ruined. My lips lost every ounce of their shape. My vermilion border had been violated so all of the filler migrated within less than 2 months. I had NEVER had migration before this. Dare I mention that dissolving filler was l the most painful experience I have had in my life, bar none. I was sobbing. The best part is that I had to spend over $2000 repairing this injectors mistake! My main injector - I will never go to ANYONE else after this whole ordeal - was horrified when she saw them. She is INCREDIBLE at what she does and was unsure herself on where to start fixing them because they had been done so carelessly. I just finished the process of fixing my lips IE dissolving everything then refilling. I still will likely have to get more dissolved even after 3 sessions. If you care about the longevity of your skin, your face, and its features, do NOT go here. I beg you. Shame on this business for complete and utter malpractice. I came to Flawless for laser, for my first experience was ok and I felt good about my results. The second time I went I asked if they treat fine lines on the neck. Receptions said yes and asked for a $50.00 deposit for consultation. During consultation I was told by the nurse the types of treatments I need and how I can prevent more fine lines. Then she informs me they do not do they treatments there. Lost and confused I asked where do they do the treatments? She shrugged her shoulders as a response. I have never heard of going to a consultation for services a business doesn't provide. This is completely a new way to make money and con customers. I will never recommend or use their services again. I am out of $50 and time, the consultation could have easily been Googled. read more

Which it is fine it happens the girl didn't have to be EXTRA and take me to the back to hear our conversation. Like it could of been understood both ways. And i just thought her little attitude was just trying to prove a point instead of making the customer happy . I'll be looking for a new spots because customer service is very important to me.
