I visited Fleet Farm Gas Mart because I needed fuel for my lawn mower. I also needed a new gas can, which they had some available. The employees were young. They tried their best to help answer my question about gas cans, but later figured it out myself. I thought the pricing on the gas can was slightly pricey. I wasn't expecting to pay $15-20 for a 2-gallon can. On the other hand, I appreciate that everything was labeled at the gas pump. read more

This is a great store to get supplies for our horses, dogs, cats, and wildlife. The horses like the treats that Fleet Farm carries and they are reasonably priced which I like. One of our dogs is going in for surgery at the end of this month and needs a wire crate for transportation and healing. Fleet Farm had a variety of crates including one for large dogs (100+ pounds). What was even better: 25% off! There is always a great selection of items for birds - feeders, homes, heated water baths, and food. I found a new type of suet feeder that has a roof on it to keep water/snow off the suet. The birds are already coming to it which is fun to watch. Fleet Farm also carries puzzles at the holidays which is perfect for my daughter who enjoys them. Ok, but something was off because I think this store is lying to my family member and me about last one of kiddie pool is in this store, but in backyard of this store told us that they did not have one. This is wrong to lie to customers if they asked for something they needed. No one told me to put this review on this store because I only one person to witness that we have issues with this store today. So I think this store wasted our time that we can't able to get what we needed for my dog to play in the hard plastic kiddie pool for a hot day that she LOVED to play in the pool to stay cool off. Kiddie pools would be great for animals who loved to play in the water, but this store unfortunately did not have any pools left. I am not mad. Just confused about why computers said "only one in stock" and the backyard of this store did not have one. I honestly did not know why they did lie to my family member about that. read more

Find some better management that actually cares about the people. They don't care about their employees or their customers. They don't even get new electric carts for the customers to ride on around the store. They die on you in the middle of the store, and it's almost impossible to find another one that works. Do not buy automotive batteries from this store, they do not honor the warranty on the car battery if anything goes wrong, regardless of time. Bought a new battery with 72 month warranty with 24 month full replacement. Battery died after 22 months and was told by the store the warranty was no longer valid since it appears to have frozen at some time. They can invalidate the warranty at anytime and at their discretion. Not trustworthy at all. Also was given an attitude and rude service from the auto service center employee. read more

Every imaginable bulk snack known to man. Aisles and aisles of candy, fleet farm brand (rainbow peanuts) and corporate branded (M&M's). Had some time to kill waiting for a car battery to be installed. Thankfully this place handled automotive. Car battery decided to quit working all of a sudden on our adventures "north". Stopped in here to get a new battery which thankfully only took 20 minutes. Service writers were a bit ornery and not the friendliest, but they got it done. Browsed around and stumbled accross the blitz of bulk snacks. Never knew this place sold food. Ok place if you need a battery change, 5 lbs of sponge candy or some kerosine. If I could give a rating of less than one star, it would fit this store. We have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the past several years, but we will not darken the doorstep here again. Absolutely horrible customer service! My husband is disabled and was yelled at twice today by workers in this store when he asked for help locating an item. Not to mention we were given wrong directions from a third employee. You should be ashamed of treating your customers this way. Too bad we don't have more Runnings locations in this area - they at least have a clue about how to deal with customers! read more

I have had horrendous experiences at Blaine Fleet Farm before, but today was the final straw. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by rude, incompetent employees. On line order screwed up again. Hung up on by a yard employee after he told me he had better things to do than deal with me. Spent way too long on the phone with corporate and the store trying to get my order fixed. I was finally assured it was fixed and told to pick it up in-store and the service desk would be told what was up. Go in to get the order and I get accused of not paying for it! How??? It was an on line order!!!!! Asked for a manager, who happened to be the one who assured me all was well this afternoon. She was almost as rude as the yard employee. Clearly you don't want my $1000/month. Menard"s, Chewy, Tractor Supply, and Spike's and Houle's will gladly take my money, I'm sure. NEVER AGAIN. And if you think I'm kidding, just know I've boycotted a local tack shop for 30+ years for similar crap. read more

Purchased a reel here a couple days ago and when my husband and I realized it was the wrong size we came back to return it within 3 days. We went to customer service and the girl there (which I forgot to ask for her name) called for someone from sporting goods to come check it out before we can return it. This took me aback and I asked her why because I never had this happen with returns before here and she assured me it was because of the policy. Mind you no where on the policy states that they must have someone to suspect it before returning an item that is new and unused within 90 days, but we still continued to wait for the person she called to come over. When the sporting goods team member came over he took a look at the reel and asked my husband and I what we had done with it which we proceed to say that it was never even used. He then accused us of making a dent in the reel and said that he would have to call the manager over. At this point my husband and I was very confused and irritated with the fact that he would accuse us of returning a reel with a dent when we never even opened it. My husband decided to take a look and it was just a piece of tape!! No dent, just a piece of tape. There was no apologies made whatsoever nor accountability made to their mistake, definitely do not recommend this place. read more

Having heard of them for many years and with good word-of-mouth feedback from friends, I turned to Fleet Farm when my newly-acquired 2011 Subaru Impreza Sti needed new tires. They offered a fair price on a set of four Cooper Zeon RS3-A tires, which was fine by me since I had several good experiences with the Cooper brand in the past. On May 8th, 2015 I had the tires installed. The ride was terrific, with excellent handling and luxurious smoothness and comfort. When I went back to Fleet Farm for an oil change in October, I asked if they could have the tires rotated but they claimed they couldn't do it since they were too busy. No problem I thought, the tires had perhaps 8-9k miles on them. I'll bring the car back soon. Shortly after the oil change I started to notice the car had a bit of a vibration at highway speeds (60-75mph), which steadily got worse in a very short period of time. Thinking perhaps one of the rims threw a weight off, I called to schedule a rotation and balance, which they graciously accommodated the same day (Nov 9th - I will give credit for this, despite the 15min wait on the phone). After about 25 minutes at the auto service department I was asked to come take a look at something. Not good. The photos (if able to be attached to this review) aptly describe what was found; the rear tires had worn excessively to the inside - flirting with the point of imminent failure with the steel radial belts showing - in just 11,000 miles. Alignment, they rightfully said, and because of that the tires were not under warranty and no credit would be given for the short lifespan of these or the front two tires, which were in very good repair with at least 9/32" tread - perfectly fine and useable given the amount of use. Let's pause for a moment and talk about alignment: I have owned over a dozen vehicles in the 23 years I've been driving and I've replaced many sets of tires on these vehicles. NOT ONCE in the past has a tire dealer ever executed a sales discussion or tire installation without mentioning to me the need to perform an alignment when replacing all four tires on a vehicle. In fact, on several occasions it was part of the full service package, the cost included into the package deal (never 'free', mind you, but the cost was rolled into the final price one way or another). As such I will admit I was on auto-pilot on the matter; I simply figured that Fleet Farm would have performed an alignment as part of a commitment to quality. Whoops. Even without the above-mentioned thought, wouldn't you think their tire installation professional might have taken a look at the old tires being replaced, notice the wear pattern as they were pulled off, and think "Hey, something might be amiss here?" Funny me, I must be expecting too much! To add insult to injury, when I moved beyond the abrasive "no warranty" stance and asked how much it would cost to replace the two tires, they adamantly stated "we cannot replace just the 2 tires, legally we must replace all 4 tires since your car is an all-wheel drive." I was incensed!! Here I am with essentially an un-driveable vehicle due to premature tire wear, and now they won't install two new tires nor offer any discount for lack of professional discretion. I have to buy a full set of 4 new tires. At full price. NO DEAL. Thanks to social media and a wide array of valuable and knowledgeable friendships (several with ASE certification or significantly better) I was quickly well-informed on the matter. I called a tire dealer close to my home and made arrangements to have 2 new tires installed and a complete alignment which, by the way, this dealership checks on every tire installation and advises the customer before performing the work. But hey, Fleet Farm, if you don't check alignment and the customer's car is out of alignment, you get to replace a lot more tires over time, don't you??? Funny how that works. More revenue for their professional malfeasance. Thanks to Fleet Farm's stoic, immovable stance I was forced to limp my car 30.5 miles back home, at slow speed and on secondary routes only, risking tire failure and general safety. That alone should, in my professional opinion, warrant a full refund for services shoddily rendered. Don't go to this location if you need automotive or any kind of customer service. I have ended up needing to get help from other customers in the yard area with loading, and they rarely have anyone at the gate to let you out. I also scheduled an auto appointment online, and they never confirmed it. I called three times and left three messages (since they didn't pick up) asking whether I had an appointment. I went down there the day of the appointment, and they had the printed copy in a pile of papers but nobody had bothered to schedule me and nobody ever called me back. I love fleet farm but I don't like this particular one. read more

If you've never been to a Fleet Farm, you need to stop in at least once. You can get almost anything (clothes, tools, sporting goods, lumber, snacks, pet supplies, housewares etc..) including a trailer to haul it all home in. They have a nice selection of outerwear for people that work outdoors. The selection of housewares is pretty extensive and reasonably priced. They are a regional business as opposed to a national chain - the HQ is in Brainerd I believe. read more

The customer service in this place is non-existent. Most employees avoid eye contact lest you have a question they wouldn't be able to answer anyhow. Example? Certainly: On the left (or south) side of the store I was looking for isle 20. I finally corner one of the the employees who point towards isles 19 and 21 and said it's "that way". Except it wasn't. Great, I have to hunt down another employee, who were also confused on their numbering system. They finally just ask what I'm looking for, which in turn has them asking a third employee where I can find my product. They don't walk me over there, just send me in that general direction where I have to speak to yet another employee. Here's a clue for you employees: Odd numbered isles = left (south) side of store; even numbered isles = right (north) side of store Tip for customers: Go down the street to Home Depot instead. Pay attention, Fleet Farm: your customer service sucks. I only shop there when I know the precise location of my product is, because your staff are overwhelmingly inept and only slow me down when I could be looking for steam buckets and Johnson rods myself. read more

Nice new facility. Stopped by to stock up on baking items like chocolate chips and nuts. Also needed fsome French Vanilla Capaccino mix, they have the best mix IMO around. Store is only a couple years old. Very clean and big. Easy to get around in. You also get a gas coupon when you get your receipt that you can use at the Fleet Farm gas station located on site. read more

Store was recently re-arranged in late 2016, early '17. Used to be able to walk to the products I typically purchase. Have to re-learn my entire routine within the store. I'm one of those people who doesn't like change and prefers to stick to habit so you can take that for what it's worth. They've also discontinued stocking certain items, probably to appeal more to the urban surroundings but I'm still trying to farm my little 8 acre plot. We'll see how it goes this afternoon when I check on small hardware for 3-point hitch components. I've found the area on an earlier visit and it appears much reduced in variety. read more

I love Fleet Farm as you can get just about anything you need there and I go to this location frequently for pet supplies. Most of the staff are friendly and nice, but had one lady recently make a rude noise at me when I commented that the pricing for something was mixed up. It was a $54.99 item with a sign right in front of it that claimed it was $12.99. I didn't even ask for the item to be marked down despite being incorrectly priced, so I'm not sure why she felt it necessary to make a rude noise at me. I will still go back here all the time. The odds of running into the same grumpy employee seem pretty low. read more
