The man mall. If they don't have it, you don't need it. My husband always quotes the commercial. I don't think that's entirely true but it is surprising how much they do have. I love a lot of the brands that they do carry. Yeti, Nike, Underarmor, and even You Betcha brand. If you haven't heard of those guys you should google em. I have heard this is the place for cat or dog food in bulk at a good price. I know they have a gigantic assortment of cat towers. I really like their plastic bins for storage. Since target doesn't carry my sterilite tubs any more fleet farm is the only place I can find them. I like to keep everything matching. Keep them in mind for kids' toys and games. They have rows and rows of options. Customer service is hard to come by. We have actually called the store on our cell phone in order to get assistance in finding something. This place is awful, the service, and training of employees is minimal. There are countless times I was cheated or not credited the correct amount. It's odd it was always in fleet farm's favor. The one good thing about the store it sells a lot of products for my farm I'd be interested in buying. I don't know where to begin with what's wrong with it. The place is dubbed "dirt farm" because of its dirt and dust everywhere. Not to mention all the birds flying around everywhere dropping their feces on food and all around the store. How it hasn't been shut down by the health department or how Phil the store manager keeps his job is beyond me. The store received nearly 1.5 million dollars of tax payer money from the city of Carver for being an "anchor store". You'd think they'd use it to keep the birds out and from dropping feces on the grocery items. I could write a whole book on what's wrong with fleet farm and my bad experiences, but I don't want to write that long of a review. What I will say is in short, as a former customer to this store/fleet farm, we are all pawns to be taken advantage of, the store manager Phil thinks no different. Fleet farm took advantage of 3000 people dying on 9/11 to gouge its customers $6 a gallon for gas. That same ethos is in Phil, he is an opportunistic bottom feeder, lower than a snake's belly. read more

This location has very lax enforcement of the mask mandate. I was in the store yesterday for 30 minutes and saw four unmasked customers strolling around. Also, at least ten people with masks around their chins. At the checkout, the employees don't say a word to these folks. Their product selection is good and they do have drive up pickup. I'll be sticking with that as I am not going back in the store any time soon. read more

CAR WASH - they have 4 bays. I cannot believe how often they are broken. Again this morning , all 4 are down. I would say they are down every 3rd time I go to use them. It's absurd. As I recall this Mills guy was running for an elected office a few years ago. If you cannot figure out how to keep your car washes running how would you expect people to trust you to run the state?? Fleet Farm is what would happen if my dad had a store that catered only to him. It's kind of hard the appreciate the ridiculous range of stuff they have until you go, so it's likely you'll end up buying something you didn't go there for. read more

This Fleet Fam has everything, so much I had to drive from Lakeville to get everything I needed for a patio project. It's very clean and pretty typical of a Fleet Farm. I was a bit perturbed with the employees. It was right before close, but the three different employees I was asking questions to seemed to act as if I was an inconvenience. I thought I might be misreading it, but my 13 year old mentioned it unprompted in the car on the way home. I'm assuming it was just the end of the day, so I'm only bumping it down 1 Star. read more

Slow slow slow. Took over an hr to buy 5 bags horse feed. The checkout employee was rude and also made a mistake. We waited for over half an hr to get loaded. This store needs to update their ordering, new fleets have stations where you can order your items and move on w your day. The guy who loaded us was polite and appeared to have no help. read more

Car Wash in Bay 1 was horrible. It smelled like crap and the door didn't open at the end and not even the emergency door open worked so we had to kick it open. It also didn't even dry anything except our windshield. read more

very disappointed again.... looked up Wood fence post online to make sure there was adequate inventory and drove there to purchase them along with other fencing items. went to kiosk to get ticket, got rest of supplies and through checkout..... go into yard to get post and there was not enough inventory to fulfill purchase! wasted trip! read more

This review is specific to employee knowledge/training and product stocking in the hardware section. I come to this store a dozen times a month (due to it's proximity to my house) and in general when asked what I'm looking for, I'm met with blank stares because store employees have no idea what that item is. On the same line I've had items that don't have a price, to which the cashier asks me what the item is and how much it was...it's NOT my job to document the price and SKU of every item I purchase. It's funny, I once had a 4' section of 1.5" schedule 40 PVC pipe, the cashier had no idea what it was. Everyone in line behind me laughed. The best was when I pressed the Help button at the paint desk to have some paint mixed. A kid came up to help me out, but then told me he didn't know how to mix paint and had to get someone else...the WHY did you come to the paint desk?! Seriously Fleet Farm, please train your employees. Product stocking in the hardware section: The hardware section is very good, a lot of variety. However they are consistently out of a lot of items...empty hardware boxes, empty racks...I don't understand this. Just order more...why is that so difficult? read more

This location has horrible customer service and is out of stock on certian items and they take forever to restock them. Forget asking someone for help as well. Asked one guy for some help and he never returned. Fleet farm as a whole has gone down hill every since they where sold by the Mills family. read more

I grew up in Central Minnesota and although I grew up protesting Fleet Farm I've realized over the last year how awesome this store is. They sell everything a man needs, but we particularly go to stock up on nuts for trail mix and dog food/toys. I love having this place nearby. read more

What not to love! This store is huge. The auto center does a good job. Oil changes are about $30 for the blended. Rental center is great too. Rent a trailer for $15 for 4 hours or $20 for the whole day. I can't ever find 22 ammo here but everything else is good. read more

Very nice store. But the kids working as cashiers need some help with their math skills.

Been here a few times now and seem to get the run around. With prices being wrong on the rack and ringing up higher at the registers. This seems to happen with a lot of people because every time I go, there is an issue at the register and it holds up the lines. Has to be the slowest checkout lines in retail In the SW metro. Clean up those price mistakes and get some faster checkouts please. read more

Third time I had to leave a cart full of what I was going to purchase because the cashier could not finish checking out a customer because If some price discrepancy that needed a manager and there was nobody in the area. I waited five minutes with two in front of me and three behind me. Management at this location is terrible. read more

Horrible customer service! I went there to get an advertised camp chair. I looked in several places and finally came across other camp chairs, but no sale sign or any sign of the one that was advertised. I searched and finally found an employee in the sporting goods area and asked where the chairs may be. He wasn't sure but he said he would check in back. I waited for over 15 minutes and he didn't return. I went up to the customer service desk, waited in line and then asked the gentleman behind the counter if they had the chairs in stock. He told me where they should be located. I told him I'd already been there and had asked someone for help and then waited for over 15 minutes for the person to return. The customer service person, instead of apologizing said, "oh I hope he's not looking for you now" as though it were my fault for not waiting longer!! I replied "I waited over 15 minutes!" His comment was "well,it's a big warehouse." Instead of acknowledging the problem he basically just defended the worker that never came back. Guess what? I received some of the worst customer service in a long time at this store. I got the wrong size of apparel and went to exchange it, but they didn't have it in my size. They could not ship it and only offered me a gift card....then told me to buy the same product online and pay the additional shipping costs of $17 or drive 2 plus hours to another store to get it. Store policy is understandable but when you don't offer help, stand with your hands on hips in disgust that you have to help, it's just not a good situation. Even when we asked to see the manager, no help or ideas were offered, just "no". The situation wouldn't have been bad except they had rude attitudes and were unwilling to find a collaborative resolution. read more

CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH - Saw a great price on musky lures in their latest flyer. Went to the store in Carver yesterday and found out it was the classic bait and switch. Sign said assorted magnum lures $9.99, I picked out three and brought them to checkout. At the counter they rang up one for $18.00 and two for $23.94. I showed Carlos the added in the flyer, he called sporting goods and they provided no help to him. He got Alex - Front End Supervisor (things went down hill from here). Alex proceeded to bark orders to Carlos. And was very snarky in speaking with me. Alex wouldn't honor the price he said that the register always rings everything up correctly.. Finally he brought in a pricing agent. She said that only a few SKU counted in the sale (these items weren't identified on the rack). After nearly 25 minutes at the checkout, I finally through up my hands and left without any of the items we had brought to the counter. Carlos tried his best, but everyone else was a failing to help the situation. Alex was beyond rude and as I walked away heard him say "fine, glad you're leaving" I wont be back to this store again, and it will be a long time before I go in another Mills Fleet Farm read more

30 hours to Minnesota Deer opener and no one working the gun counter. Younger employee comes, I ask to see a firearm and am told I can't help you and it will be awhile. Literally 10 customers came and left in 30 minutes I have been waiting...so far. Poor staffing!! read more

I shop here at least once a month...for cat food and bird seed! (But of course, occasionally I just have to pick up a bag of candy and/or nuts because they have a ton of it!) Their selection of bird seed and feeders is plentiful. BUT...the only thing I find a bit disappointing is their selection of cat food. Their shelves are always loaded. However, over the past year, I've noticed they've stopped stocking higher-quality cat foods in favor of the more mainstream "Friskies" and other assorted junk you can buy at the discount stores for cheaper! And when they DO stock it, they only by one case of 18-24 cans at a time vs. the mainstream stuff which they have boxes and boxes and boxes of! (I've literally waited for them to unpack their stock truck and quite literally, they were out and only ordered ONE 18 pack of the food I buy and they are always out of. REALLY?!!) I truly wish they would start stocking more of the no-grain and specialty cat foods like they seemed to do for a while. Now, it's just shelves and shelves full of the same old stuff you can buy anywhere. :( read more
