The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Their service department is top notch, and they've always got a good inventory and quality product lines to choose from whether it's SCUBA gear or model rockets. You may be able to find better deals, but I guarantee you will not find better personalized service or product knowledge. I can also vouch that their dive trips on the Missouri are excellent, especially if you're a sportsman. I picked up spearfishing several years ago and its just about as much fun as you can have in the water, short of ocean diving. Sioux Falls is lucky to have a Dive Shop of this caliber. Bill Donovan, the owner and lead instructor, has got just about every rank you can get in the recreational SCUBA world. There are not very many dive shops in the country where you can do your open water certification all the way to being an instructor yourself. Whether you want to learn to dive for tropical vacations or dive the area's lakes and rivers, Donovan's is the best shop to do it with.

I initially brought my bike in for Erik's to install new shifter cables in early Summer. After…read morethree trips and me explaining over and over how the shifter was supposed to work, they agreed to replace the shifter they broke when initially replacing the cables. IT WAS TECHNICALLY FUNCTIONING when I got it back after the fourth trip to the shop. However, the shifter they replaced did not have the heads-up indicator like the original one they broke. I spent 30 minutes online and found a brand new-in-box, original Shimano Deore Rapid Fire shifter with the heads-up indicator for $49. I am not a qualified bike mechanic. It took me 45 minutes to install and adjust the correct shifter. It's now back to where it was before I brought it earlier this Summer. I can't understand why I paid $380 for new cables and labor when an entire new shifter component is inexpensive. To claim that much in labor fees and make me come back four times is inexcusable. And in the end, I finally fixed it myself. Thanks for trying, Lucas, but I cannot change my opinion of the services I received at the Sioux Falls store. Not good at all.
