I like that there is a specific row for Avera colors, a specific row for Sanford colors, as well as uniforms for various nursing schools organized together and easy to find. You will not have to pick over the items to find problems/flaws as they are well curated. I liked knowing that I could bring my items back in clean used condition and receive about 30% of what I paid which is better than nothing. I have bought dozens of tops and several scrub jackets here and re-sold quite a few as well when my assignment changed or I took a contract at another hospital. I highly recommend. (If something wasn't recent enough or in quite good enough condition to re-sell there, I took it a block down to St Vincent de Paul for a good cause. I also drop good used scrubs not quite good enough to consign, into the bin at NU2U.)

Brought in brand new scrubs to sell and she gave me 1.00 for each item. Really? There is a sign on the wall that says not to argue or question their decision. Staff is not friendly or polite. The store is clean and well kept. They have all of the blue collar brands (Ariat, Carhartt etc). The styles that they carry are also available to those men who ride around in pick up trucks on the job site and pretend that they're working. (Think Carhartt golf shirts.) The value for your money is well spent here, knowing that you're supporting a local business, as well as the brands speak for themselves. The company is buying and selling the correct products to the right crowd. They have sale racks, hats, gloves, shirts, outside, workwear, jeans, boots, sunglasses, goggles, hand soap, and shampoo, lip, balm, overalls, beanies, and fitting rooms available for you to try everything on. Store had an OK selection of used vinyl - not enormous, but enough to keep me occupied for the better part of a half hour. It's indeed true that shoppers should brace themselves for an overwhelming, pungent scent of heavy incense....Reminds me of my teen years in the 80's perusing the head shops of Berkeley (ahhhh youth!), but my tolerance not as resilient now that I've reached my early 50's. It was a bit much, but sounds like it's one of their signature touches. Used vinyl prices were eh...sort of middle of the road to more pricey when compared to Ebay or other used vinyl shacks. I did manage to find a handful of records at relatively decent prices. Seems like their favorite price is $6.00 for some odd reason...Maybe a lucky number? New and rereleases were definitely on the pricier side - you could do much better snagging fresh vinyl from EBay or Amazon if price is your prime motivator...otherwise, it always feels pretty cool to support a local, independent business (although Ernie November is technically a chain). Personally, it's all about price so I skipped the more expensive record racks. Lots of paraphernalia for the tokers, some T-Shirts and books, but nothing that caught my eye. Visited the Rapid City location on the trip as well, which was a total bust - way pricier and much less used vinyl....so in comparison the Sioux Falls outlet is a much better option.
