I initially brought my bike in for Erik's to install new shifter cables in early Summer. After three trips and me explaining over and over how the shifter was supposed to work, they agreed to replace the shifter they broke when initially replacing the cables. IT WAS TECHNICALLY FUNCTIONING when I got it back after the fourth trip to the shop. However, the shifter they replaced did not have the heads-up indicator like the original one they broke. I spent 30 minutes online and found a brand new-in-box, original Shimano Deore Rapid Fire shifter with the heads-up indicator for $49. I am not a qualified bike mechanic. It took me 45 minutes to install and adjust the correct shifter. It's now back to where it was before I brought it earlier this Summer. I can't understand why I paid $380 for new cables and labor when an entire new shifter component is inexpensive. To claim that much in labor fees and make me come back four times is inexcusable. And in the end, I finally fixed it myself. Thanks for trying, Lucas, but I cannot change my opinion of the services I received at the Sioux Falls store. Not good at all. read more

We rented multiple bikes from Two Wheeler Dealer and were very happy with the service, price and bikes. Close to trails. Christie the owner took great care of us. Mechanics were super to chat with. Clean store. Rental price included helmets and a bike lock at no extra charge. Bikes were in great tuned condition for our 20 mile bike ride. Definitely recommend. read more

Brought my bike in for a tune up - they only recommended a few things that needed to be done - cost was much less than the price of a tune up. I am very happy that they are willing to do what is needed but are willing to save the customer some money. They are also very prompt - had bike back the next day. read more

I was only in town for a few hours and stopped in to look around. I found a great "Specialized" bike on clearance. I took two different sizes out for a spin and got an excellent and thorough bike fitting. I only wish they would have carried a few "Trek" bikes to compare as well. Adding some "Trek" models would help boost their claim of having "the largest selection of bicycles in the Midwest". Perhaps they do for a chain store, but I've been to a bike shop in Lincoln, NE with what appears to be a lot more. However, I was where I was, and I'm happy with my purchase. read more

My first time in the city. Searched for a place to rent a bike after I learned about the wonderful cycling path that follows the river. You can book online or just walk in, which I did. Great bike shop - great selection, but I just wanted an easy bike rental. Everyone is super friendly. I rented for half a day though you can rent for a full day too. And picking up the cycling path from the store is a breeze. read more

Anyway... excellent fast repair by "Jamie" (I hope I spelled his name right!) Really nice guy. Great store, fully loaded with everything your credit card can stand. Prices are good. I have been loyal to the Specialized brand for many years. In the past, they have done a great job addressing issues and the quality of the SWORKS product remains at the front of the line. Recently my frame fractured requiring warranty service. I am pleased to report that Specialized replaced my frame with a new SWORKS frame-set within 10 days. That goes a long way to retain customer loyalty. More credit is due to Kamp and Two Wheeler Dealer (TWD) though. I realize TWD still shouldered much of the expense, all of the work and the delicate balance of customer service during a difficult situation. Bike shops have it tough these days with internet competition and reviews readily available online. So when a shop and its management does the right thing and goes above and beyond warranty requirements, they are worthy of recognition. I would highly recommend TWD in Sioux Falls as a great resource for biking products. Kamp and the entire staff at TWD make a great team. read more
