Can't say enough about Will and Team at Fisher's Indiana Fleet Feet! location. I've purchased two pair of Hoka Clifton's which I love, most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, but they squeak something fierce. I went to purchase a new pair today as it was time and was looking for a different brand simply due to past issues. However, after having conversation with Will about my concern with the squeaking Hoka's, he assured me that he could most likely fix them, it was probably the insert rubbing along the insole of the shoe. I advised I had followed directions from other staff at the time, I added talc powder and deodorant to the bottom of the insole, but nothing worked and I was well past any warranty period. Later in the afternoon, I returned to the store with my old shoes in hand to see if Will could come through with his promise. Will and two Team Members wiped down my insoles, how heroic as my shoes were well loved! Will applied "Body Glide" to the clean insoles. By the way, Body Glide can be purchased at the store for $9.00. Guess what? No Squeak. I was so skeptical, shame on me! Not going to be running in the old Hoka's as I purchased a new pair today. However, there is still life in the well loved Hoka's that no longer squeak , not going to retire them as I can still use them when running errands with no fear of being judged by those around me. JackRabbit is amazing! I bought some Oofos recovery sandals from them less than two months ago and the strap on the flip-flop started splitting. Because I'm crafty and I live in these shoes, I tried to melt the strap back together. It's a foam and it did stick until I put them on to walk in them and then the split just came right back. I cannot live without these shoes. I called JackRabbit and they graciously exchanged them for me and didn't laugh at my crafty attempt to save them. read more

My go to place for all things workout shoes related! They have a treadmill in store and can help video your gait to help fit you to the right shoe! My first time here was over 3 years ago when I suffered foot numbness whenever I worked out. I went through a couple different pairs of shoes (like took them home to wear them) before finding the right pair for me. During that process, they were very understanding, helpful, and allowed me to return the shoes even after I wore them if my foot still went numb. They were diligent in helping me find my perfect workout shoe! Their professionalism and sincerity in wanting their customers to be satisfied and love their shoes keeps me coming back to them every time I need to replace my shoes. BlueMile is also associated with the online website Jackrabbit.com. Any shoes purchased online can be returned in store. The only thing I wish is that the physical stores can order online shoes for customers to try. There have been instances where they did not have a shoe in stock that a staff recommended and the only solution is for me to purchase the shoe online to try it out. The store could NOT order it themselves internally for it to be stocked in store. While the return policy is easy enough, it's still a bit inconvenient to order multiple shoes myself online just to "try" them out. If this could change, it's be 5 stars all the way. read more

Had a very disappointing visit to the store today. I have always had really good experiences before this one and have bought shoes for several members of the family. The young man who was helping us today did not seem to be very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. I don't feel like he was really interested in helping find the right shoe for my son. There was a woman working with an older man who seemed like the "norm" for a Blue Mike employee. She was very knowledgeable and was trying to educate the gentleman. This store was great back when it first opened. Now it's a miserable shell of a store. I cannot even add running to it as it fails terribly in its stock and staff. I'm not even sure anyone on the particular day I was there had ever run more than a 5k. The apparel was nothing more than odds n ends of bad Nike garb and a wall devoted to flip flops I suggest else where!!!! read more
