Appointments are greatly recommended as Joe helps one customer at a time and does take her time to work with each customer. The store has a wide range of shoes/footwear with various levels of support. Joe was very patient with me and explained all the different options that would work best for me. She also had me try on a few different options until I was able to find the shoe that work best for me. I visited the store with intention to get help finding a suitable work shoes for my problem (flat foot, planter fasciitis, and small bunions) feet. Grayling warmly greeted me immediately as I entered. I informed him the purpose of my visit. First he measured my foot on a speciality digital foot machine. Then helped with picking out several pairs of shoes to try on. My options are limited due to restrictions we are allowed to wear with our company uniform. The ones he selected was perfect for comfort and meets company standards; however we both agreed they were basic but not stylish. Grayling was so patient and helpful during the lengthy time I was there trying to find something. He's super knowledgeable about feet and gave me a few helpful pointers to get the maximum comfort from my shoes. Wonderful first time experience and won't be the last. I was disappointed that I just didn't find anything that day cause I really wanted to purchase something from him. Highly recommend this location! Note - Grayling suggested checking out the Rockville location as they have more selections and stylish options due to the location. It was a totally opposite customer service experience. Didn't get her name but I believe she maybe the owner. Tall brown skin full figure mature women that was so RUDE. She refused to help me in selecting shoes or trying anything on. Only told me (in the most rude manner) " I can come back in two days cause they just got shipment but she's not putting it out, her husband will do it". We are generally so used to expecting the robotic layout of a regular multi-store business, that this store seems disorganized when you come here. I mean this in a nice way! Stay there for a few minutes and then you can see the method in the "madness". Everything was easy to find and we were able to get help when we needed it. The selection is quite good for all categories and we were able to get swim gear for our kids. We also got swim goggles too :) The prices here are not Amazon prices, and they do not match Amazon price too. But, we were able to try the gear on before buying and also did get advice on what the right gear is for our needs. Having said that, just like any small mom and pop business goes, trying to speak with them over the phone took a few phone calls but we were eventually able to speak with someone at the end. Limited Parking is available behind the store. Good local option for swim gear!

To prevent stealing, they put guards on the display hooks, so if you want to see something, you have to ask a sales attendant for help. The staff is helpful, but often its a teeny-bopper who would rather keep talking to their friend than help, but they always accommodate.
