Walked in to get sized for a pair of running shoes and soles for my other shoes. I want to start jogging and working out. Alex immediately greeted me and was super helpful! Thomas also came to help and between the 2 of them I got exactly what I need. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I hope to be back and would highly recommend this store!

My wife and Jim, the owner of Fleet Foot in Menlo Park. My wife is now a happy camper, thank you.

Nice store - they don't have all the sizes of most models I wanted, but the service was great.

It has this " Discover our garden walk " poster and many beautiful flowers to explore. I have enclosed the photos of different. They are beautiful and lovely . There are huge parking lots around the shops , free Wi Fi and public restrooms. In the morning it is quiet , many coffee shops and breakfast places are open . The sky is blue and the sun is not too much at 9 am . We got some nice breeze and 65 F outside . It is perfect . Enjoy the garden walk and the plants and landscape are lovely.

If the Stanford shopping centers vision was lifeless store fronts and no one actually shopping then…read morethey achieved it. Owners please take a look around, no one is shopping. An entire year here and I literally see no one buying anything in any of the stores, regardless of the season. It feels very pretentious. Each store, each window has the same exact thing - no color, no life. Each store equally more expensive than the next. I have come to learn that the building owners sought a "vision" and pushed out previous stores here to have what it does now. Each store front pushes mute colors, I walk into a store $600 for the most boring top I have ever seen, and this carries on through each and every store here. Not to mention, a lot of the stores push concerning stereotypes and visions of women's bodies. There's a select few stores I love here, Outerknown (you are awesome) and Aesop, are what keeps me coming back - other than that, it's a sad shopping experience and I actually really enjoy shopping at a lot of malls. Sad, uninspiring. This mall is now pushing sad and concerning shopping and fashion culture. This is unrealistic, false expectation setting. It is deplorable.

This review is long overdue - we first visited the Madewell store at Stanford Shopping Center back…read morein February, and we've been back several times since. I want to give a special shout-out to Teresa, the store manager, who made our first visit truly exceptional. My teen daughter was feeling shy and awkward walking in (shopping for jeans will do that), and let's be real - the last person she wanted style advice from was me. But Teresa was a total gem. She was friendly, approachable, and instantly put my daughter at ease. She listened carefully to what my daughter was looking for, then came back with a ton of great options. While my daughter was trying on jeans, Teresa even pulled some sale items for me (bonus points!). I honestly expected to walk out with maybe one thing, but we left with quite a haul - and it was 100% worth it. Teresa also let me know about Madewell's free alterations for rewards members, which I had somehow missed even though I've shopped there for years. The entire staff had Teresa's same energy - welcoming, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful. Between the personalized service, quality of the clothes, and how good my daughter felt walking out, the experience was more than worth the money we spent. We need more shopping experiences like Madewell @ Stanford - where people make you feel good, not just about how you look, but how you're treated.
