It is clean and well-stocked, but the thing that sets it apart for me is the service. It astounds me the way the manager always remembers every customer's name and when and what pair of shoes they bought. I used to do lots of door-to-door sales and my dress shoes would get beat up and kill my feet. When I finally got sick of destroying garbage shoes, I came here. I explained my situation and the manager found a pair of leather dress shoes for me. I may have spent $100 on these shoes, but I have saved money and my feet in the long run.
