It astounds me the way the manager always remembers every customer's name and when and what pair of shoes they bought. I used to do lots of door-to-door sales and my dress shoes would get beat up and kill my feet. When I finally got sick of destroying garbage shoes, I came here. I explained my situation and the manager found a pair of leather dress shoes for me. I may have spent $100 on these shoes, but I have saved money and my feet in the long run.

They have you put inserts in shoes they have at their store. So it feels different because you have inserts in new shoes you have never worn before. If you do decide to buy these be ready to pay about $1,500 for the three insert set. They will tell you that they will call you in a month to follow up, but they don't. The inserts do work if they give you the right size. You might have to go back and get different sizes though depending on the skill of the person who sells them to you.
