When I contacted the branch to finalize everything, I was told that offer was no longer available and was instead offered a $9,000 loan at 23% APR. To make matters worse, a hard inquiry was placed on my credit, which negatively affected my credit score, and will effect my score for 2 yrs now, even though the original loan terms were not honored. I felt misled and frustrated by the lack of transparency throughout the process. I hope the company improves its communication and ensures customers receive accurate information before their credit is impacted. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this branch. From what I can see it starts at the top. Maybe a new branch manager is needed with the company being under 2 stars. It's clear customer service is last on their list

The timing chain broke, the motor irreparable. A 3rd party repair shop determined that the motor showed recent repairs to the valves and pistons. When I contacted Joe at Car EZ there was no recourse. No warranty, no compensation, no offer to incur any expenses to bring the car to his shop to evaluate. He did gesture a break on labor for repairs. After discovering that the motor had been damaged and repaired and being told that the original motor was intact I decided to forgo any further dealings with Car EZ... I can't help but to feel cheated and taken advantage of. I am left with a $3500 debt to replace the motor with no financial reimbursement from Car EZ Motor. Stay clear, or get burned.
