I was going to get a couple different estimates, but after a discussion with Gary about what needed to be done, I felt extremely comfortable leaving my car with him. This was my first experience dealing with a body shop, and Gary walked me through all the steps I needed to take with my insurance company and was extremely helpful overall. They found hidden damage when they took the panel off, and instead of making me file another claim with insurance, Gary dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. It ended up taking a bit longer than expected because of the hidden damage, but Gary made sure to let me know where they were in the process and kept me up to speed. I was extremely impressed. And when I got my car back, they had even washed it inside and out! They make sure you know how much they appreciate your business, which is very important to me.
