They communicated clearly and efficiently via cell phone, explaining what areas needed attention, how much everything would cost, and whether they could complete the work that evening. I had an unfortunate experience during what should have been a basic oil change on my F-150. The…read moreservice included a brake inspection, and my wheels have security lugs. I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.

I get fully synthetic oil changes which are over $100 here. They usually top off some of my other fluids, check the lights, tires, etc. I feel they only did the oil change. nothing else.
