I had taken it to O"Riley and tested myself prior so I new the problem but they insisted they had to do an inspection which I found out was a list of repairs per the manual which were recently completed, just don't trust what my costs would have been after they quoted me $600 to do the repair. I dropped the vehicle off, told Matt what I was told, and expected a $1000+ repair bill. When he called me late that same day he said that my back pads and rotors are at 40% and there is really no need to change them out yet. He also told me my shocks are perfect.
