The radiator was the same one that I installed in 2025, and put zip ties of the reservoir. if he changed the radiator, why did he not replace the zip ties with screws. the serial number matched all these parts he claimed to have replaced. he cracked my fuel rail, and he had no business messing with that at all, he was just to put in a manifold gasket. He lied about so much and tried to charge me $6,000.00. Fuck him....

Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! So I took the car back and find it is still pulling the same way. I was talking about steering wheel pulling to the right, he was talking about wheels pulling to the left. I told him it is still pulling the same as before, but he refuses to honor his work. I would be cautious bring vehicles for him to service. I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.

They won't try to up-sell you on work that you don't need done, and if they are troubleshooting a problem, then will start small and inexpensively to try to solve the problem before they try more expensive repairs. We had them repair the faulty turn signal switch in our minivan, and when they finished it up and we got it back, the airbag dash light was on all the time. So I called them back, they apologized and checked it out, found they installed a faulty part, and they replaced it and did the labor for free. That's quality and honesty right there! They're a real stand up crew!
