They are fairly quick on getting work done. However,…read morenumerous times have the packaging been insufficient and parts come back as damaged through transit. There have been instances that hardness wasn't up to par as requested, and sent back, only to have this place question the material, equipment, and inspectors that checked be attacked via phone. (They do not send emails for these cases, as if to avoid paper trails) They've taken a week after to get it shipped back, and charged for reheating. Certain areas of parts were up to par but not even (most areas still out of requested spec), having to remake the part at that point. We've ended our business with this business at this point.
