A&J gave me a fair and extremely competitive quote so I selected them to execute my repairs. After beginning my repairs, I received a phone call from A&J notifying me that the price of my repair was actually going to be cheaper than my initial quote. A part needed for my repair was less expensive than anticipated and they were kind enough to pass that savings to me. In addition to the great savings, the work done was also quite good. A couple of weeks after the repair was completed I noticed a small issue with the repair. I contacted A&J re: the issue and without hesitation they rectified the issue. I took it to this location for the insurance quote and for the repair, and it was such an easy process. Gerber handled everything from scheduling the service, ordering all of the parts, contacting me throughout the process, and even dropped my rental car off for me when I picked up my vehicle. The person's insurance company sent out someone to assess the damage and make sure the quote for the work that was given to me by Gerber was a fair price. The auditor actually said that he would charge more for the services and ended up requesting additional money from the insurance company for the repairs. So I know that it was a great and fair price even though going through insurance. Everyone is extremely friendly too. They were so easy to work with and made a really crappy situation better. I was not looking forward to getting everything repaired, but they really made it a positive experience. I would recommend them to anyone that needs body work on their car!
